Worst mechanic experience I've ever had. Terrible communication skills. Lied about price. Lied about doing work that was not done. Did work I never asked for and charged a lot for it. Even stole from my car and when asked about it they just said they will look around for the items I claimed stolen. I'll never go back

I literally called them from the freeway when we had some shaking in our front end of our pickup. They told me to bring it in, we weren’t t local, so they got the parts ordered,, and everything installed for us, ball joints and a drive shaft. They literally ruined engine trying to pull my glow plugs and never even finished the job I have reached out the to try and resolve the situation and they won’t even respond to my messages! I still have 3 glow plugs half way out and they used a slide hammer to try and get them out and ruined the head and no shop will machine so I’m out a vehicle that needs a new engine and they refuse to answer my calls or messages to resolve the situation so next step is a lawyer! I highly doubt not recommend doings any business with them!

These guys are horrible. I set up an appt for my father who is currently on oxygen due to medical reasons. They came out and said his oil cooler was leaking. Gave him a quote and came back out to repair. Well the mechanic they sent. Didn't put anything back together as it was supposed to be and there was still a leak. I think his name was Jose I could be wrong. Please don't use these guys. I called another local mobile mechanic and he got it taken care of with no hassle and way less expensive than these guys. Please if you need a mobile mechanic go to DC mobile. Avoid these guys at all costs

Twice these guys have saved mine, and my boyfriends, behinds. My alternator gave out on me while I was driving and then died. I was stranded and they drove out to me and helped me get my car to their shop. They are great communicators, and provided updates throughout the day as they worked on my car. They didnt just tell me I needed something done, they showed me what was wrong, and explained why it was important to fix. I trust them more than I've ever trusted an auto repair shop. Hands down, this is the best service I have ever experienced. The guys were incredibly friendly people. After receiving my quote, I called a few other local places in Ogden and found that they were charging hundreds of dollars more. The shop is quite small, but all the employees seem to genuinely enjoy their work. They were all knowledgeable about the issue my Jeep was facing and took the time to explain it to me in detail. I will definitely be returning back in the future.
