Excellent service all around. I had my car towed in on a Friday on recommendation of a neighbor. My car had to stay over the weekend because the final parts delivery for the day had already occurred. One of the mechanics was able to drive me home since I lived down the street in Aventura. Car was finished and ready to go on Monday afternoon. The job cost me significantly less than what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. I now take my car there for oil changes.

I have been going to Auto Star for over 3 years now. Always top notch service without the big sticker price. Anything I've ever needed- from tire rotation to full engine tune-ups- Auto Star was able to provide excellent service for a great rate. Price cannot be beat. While they tend to cater to European cars, they were fully knowledgeable with my Toyota.

Dishonest service. Gave my minivan in for a repair. It had a misfire. Mechanic diagnosed it with needing new coils. Agreed on one price and later called me and said the price is another $150. I said okay. I really needed the car couldn’t afford to be without a car for another few days. Picked up the car. Car was not fixed still had a misfire. Went back 5 minutes later. Mechanic diagnosed it with needing a new computer. At $700. I said okay if it fixes the misfire. Gave me a used part when I paid for a new part. Few days later came to pick up the minivan. Still did not fix the issue. Now diagnosed it with needing a new valve costing more than $2,000. I said fix it and take off the the prior repairs. Mechanic didn’t want to do the repair or refund any part of the misdiagnosed repairs. I asked him a few days later to please do the repairs. He said yes. Mechanic kept the car for a week and didn’t do the agreed upon repairs. He is dishonest won’t do what’s agreed upon and is incompetent. Will waste your time and money.

Best and most honest mechanic I have ever seen!! I went to Mavis for an oil change, they told me in need shocks and said it's $700 for my rear shocks. I called Auto Star they quoted me $465. But when I brought the car they checked it and said I didn't even need shocks, Mavis was trying to rip me off and change me $700 for something I don't need. I recommend Auto Star 100%, and will only go to them from Now on!!

I cannot recommend this shop enough! Benny and Aaron took great care of us when we were broke down. They diagnosed the issue and worked with us to get home safely. I don't recommend breaking down with an infant in the car, but if you do, stop at Auto Star. Thank you again so much for your help.

Came here for some repairs and told them to do a oil change too since I was due anyway. The person who did my oil change here must have had their hands blessed by the Holy Spirit for them to charge me for $170 for it. Then they tried telling me my engine mounts needed to be replaced even though I recently changed them. Went to another shop they told me my engine mounts looked fine and new. Leaving two stars because they fixed my car quick but don’t come here if you’re a woman they will take advantage of you.

Excellent experience as a single woman. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They identified my issue right away and fixed it as well as checked multitude of other areas to ensure safety of the vehicle on the road. Prices were very reasonable. The shop is the cleanest auto shop I've ever been. The owner and all the staff are super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone, but especially if you are a woman and scared the mechanics will overcharge you, please go here. By far the best!

Took my car there because the check engine light came on. They told me my bill would be $675.00 plus taxes to correct the problem. They told me I needed two solenoids ( which were brand new they were charged a week ago i only paid $30.00 for the parts ) when I went to pick up my car he told me the check engine light is still on but, the car runs great ( I already knew my car was running great before I took it to them ) like I said I only took it there to get the problem corrected by the "PROFESSIONALS". The check engine light. This is the worst experience I've ever witnessed. And the first thing he said was were honest here. Yeah right they're were full of bologna. Think twice before taken your vehicle to them. You've be warned ⚠️ they see a woman and see an opportunity to take advantage of her. God bless you all. They don't deserve no stars

A rare find - an honest and fair auto repair shop with excellent quality work. Very kind people working there and they did not try to oversell me. I will be back very soon (hopefully not too soon) Update: I went back because I needed new tires, they got me a very reasonable rate and replaced them quickly.

They use OEM Parts and high quality oils and tools they will beat other shops prices not to mention Their honesty. Better then the Dealers! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I called to get a general quote for an oil change. The gentleman who answered The car was extremely extremely rude. I asked him for a quote on an oil change and said it was super expensive and to go to Jiffy Lube and just hung up the phone. I happen to work down the street from the store and was willing to pay the price for their services, but this store does not deserve any Customers business. If you want to be disrespected, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go anywhere else, literally anywhere else.
