I had an exceptionally pleasant experience using Alloy Wheel Repair. My daughter's inner rim was bent (according to her, the pothole moved into her way 🤨), Anderson and team at Alloy Wheel Repair did an excellent job repairing it for me in 1 day, and even balanced her tire. I had minor wheel rim damage. Arrived to discover that the wheel lock had not been replaced after the recent tire change. I was concerned about overspray but the technician did a great job and the wheel looks brand new. Would definitely recommend this shop.

After a 35min drive “wasted my time “with 4 brand new wheels ready to drop off the back off my truck , for a color change I show up a this place .I speak to the dude a the front desk explained what I needed just a color change and tell him not to paint the line showing on the picture witch is not rocket science clearly is not paint it . He said that impossible to paint this wheels .I told him put a tape .HE said no will melt I said you paint take off tape when time cook the wheel in the oven and over with. Is a simple line for the tire Inside the wheel .than he said leave you info I tell my boss to call you lol I’m still waiting on the call back . I WONDER IF IS A TWO COLLOR WHEEL COMES IN for work .THAT WILL SOMETHING OUT THIS WORLD PROBABLY FOR THIS Dude . Hope the owner see this because you have people with no clue on what they are doing in your business .So Someone else just took your lunch money you just missed quick simple task 800$ worth of work . I wish I could have atleast got work done. Went on Tuesday at 1:30 for an appointment set up the day before and arrived early just to get told it wasn’t a shop. They only had mobile techs. They couldn’t get a tech to come and wanted me to leave the car there to sit. Set up a call for the next day at 9 am and at 9:15 the tech is telling me he’s going to be another 30 minutes late. Most unprofessional shop. Saw mixed review and tried to work with them because of recommendations from two friends who had work done. Will never leave my car in their hands. 2016 Mustang GT. If they couldn’t handle such a simple fix on one wheel I wouldn’t bring anything expensive. Agreed to the full quote, set up an appointment, get your time waisted.

Stupendous! This outfit far exceeded my expectations. The work was done in half the time it was estimated and a car that could not be properly balanced or aligned, for several years was finally returned to OEM specifications And the wheels look like they just came out of the showroom. This was an amazing experience. Brand new car and hit curb at car wash. Made one call and set appointment for first appointment on a Friday morning. Received confirmation and a call and text that my service technician was on his way. Our technician Daniel arrived and was spectacular. Within 30 minutes the rim looked brand new. I highly recommend alloy wheel repair as your only call to fix damaged rims. Curb rash was no problem and the service was spectacular. Thank you very much for the great work.

Getting a flat tire sucks. The guys at Alloy Wheel Repair took great care of me and made the experience a breeze. They examined my tire as soon as the tow truck dropped me off, showed me why it would be too dangerous to repair the tire, and located a replacement tire for my AMG C63S. They gave me a fair price, and called me as soon as the job was done (at the exact time they said they would). I highly recommend them and will use them for all of my repair needs.

LADIES, listen up… your husband NEVER NEEDS TO KNOW about a scratched rim again 😇 All 4 of our Tesla tires had their rims pretty scuffed up (idk how?!? 😇) and I’m so glad Tesla recommended this company to me… they are MOBILE and will come to you! (Btw Tesla could only replace the entire wheel at $1500 PER RIM! LOL) I texted on a weekend not knowing they were closed but Neela responded back and was able to get a technician to me same day. I was thrilled. Mario came to me same day all the way in West Palm Beach and fixed all 4 rims good as new! He was so skilled and worked quickly even at night. And the cost is a fraction of what Tesla would charge for one. They look brand new! Soooo happy and will never stress about scratching a rim again (although yes I will keep doing my best to stay away from curbs 😇). You can see the before and after in my photos!

Absolutely terrible after three attempts to repair a minor scratched rim. I am now having to take it to a different person to not only fix what they messed up, but also fix the rim. The first attempt they did looked like they spray-painted over top of the scratched part of the rim. The second time they attempted to fix the rim. The repair already had a crack in where they attempted to do a better job at repairing the rim and the third time they attempted to fix the rim you can see where they didn’t prep the surface properly and sand and dirt is underneath the powder coating. If I could give a zero star, I definitely would. And to top it all off the “boss“ got lippy with me on the phone when I told him that it was wrong again. Because anybody can be big and bad over the phone.

Called this place and spoke with Anderson. I brought my 2007 chevy trailblazer ss wheels to get polished. I removed the wheels from my car and dropped them off, and within a few days they were done. The tires mounted and balanced after the polish. The difference in before and after the polish is amazing. The wheels came out like new. Highly recommend this place for wheel polish or repair!

Poor experience, avoid this place. Took rims in for a simple paint job. They looked great at first but as soon as we mounted tires paint came off in pieces. Once original rim was exposed you can see that there was no preparation whatsoever see for yourself pics attached. Very bad experience. Shop offered to redo them but, WHY weren't they done right the first time?? see pics below: Stay away!!!! Or loose your $$$

I got my Mercedes OEM wheel straightened and repainted and Mr Anderson was a superstar and very accommodating of my requests.... he got my new tire installed on the rim as well and mounted my spare wheel in the mean time I was waiting for my wheel to be refurbished. Final product was real nice looks brend new.
