★★★★★ Excellent service. I have been taking my toyota yaris 2007 for the last 2 years, and have no complaints. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very responsible people. I have no idea about car stuff and they haven't take advantage of that, they are very honest people and know what they are doing, which are two things difficult to find, so I totally recommend it.

★☆☆☆☆ Took my truck to them to get the Ac system checked for leaks and filled with freon. Took 5 hours, then when they were done they told me the compressor wasn't working and offered to "diagnose it" for $100. When I got the truck home I discovered they had pulled the fuse for the compressor. 3 weeks later all of the freon leaked out, so I take it back and they tell me it's leaking in 3 places. I explain to them that they need to fix it for free because I JUST PAID THEM to do this 3 weeks ago. They tell me that my truck spontaneously developed 3 new leaks within the 3 weeks since they had the truck and that I'll have to pay them $80/hr to fix it. Both times I went to this shop there was a line of people all the way out the door complaining about getting screwed one way or another. This is not a mom and pop shop they don't care if they screw you over. You can expect a McDonald's employee level of customer service from the people who work here. I highly recommend you take your car somewhere else.

★☆☆☆☆ Got a quote on the phone which was an ok deal. Brought car in and then got quoted higher price. This was the second time I gave them a chance to compete on my repairs and they are just over priced. You can find better deals down the block. Sad part is you think they would help a long time customer but they don't care. Take your car any where cause that's how they will treat you like if you are a no body after a decade of being a loyal customer. Good Luck!!
