I have been taking my personal and business cars there for years and was always taken care of with a smile. Unlike most mechanics, they will never sell you any thing you do not need. I can attest to that as I used to fix cars myself and know enough not to be fulled (at least I want to believe so).

This is by far the best auto mechanic that I've dealt with in South Florida. Their shop doesn't look like much, but this can be explained by their low/fair prices. I always go to Klondike for major repairs, because they quote me 2-3 times less than other mechanics in the area. And it doesn't stop me that I live 40 miles north of the shop! One such example is air conditioning going out: local Toyota dealer quoted me $800 for A/C compressor replacement. I took it to Klondike and it turned out to be a loose wire which cost me almost nothing to fix.

Great mechanics in shop, super knowledgable, and not looking to waste your money or time. Just recently went to Lenny & his mechanic Carlos for what Sears told me was a broken alternator - which was quoted at a $500 replacement w/o labor from Sears. I then spent an entire week calling around to shops and finding quotes to try and save myself some from being taken advantage of on price, and eventually was recommended to reach out to Lenny and his shop by a college friend. I am forever thankful for her suggestion, because after bringing my car in, what was broken you ask? No, just a deteriorated alternator belt that had actually fallen off and managed to stay dangling inside on the engine by its limp body and a deteriorating power steering belt. Once replaced, there was no need to replace the alternator or the battery for that matter! If you are looking for an honest mechanic who is going to use sense and knowledge to figure out the problem - make sure to give Klondike Auto's a try.

This is awful place to go for car you love. The owners are originally from Russia (so I'm) that's only why I got there in the first place! I wouldn't go to them even if I had to fix only a horse wagon since! Unprofessional, disrespectful, dirty (I still have grease marks on my carpet from they shoes), smoking non-stop in shop, near and inside you vehicle! I needed most simple repair in the world (tight a screw in my sliding door window latch). One mechanic was asking another mechanic (his business partner) for a screw driver (!!!) Apparently he didn't have his own in his tool box. But guess how it end up? They didn't place interior cover on sliding door properly ( because they didn't have a plastic clips which cost just a pennies). I ask them right then to put new clips (because they designed for single use only), but "professional" told me "it's going to be OK"! Aftermath: cover is flipping in the air tearing rubber seal around sliding door (when I open or close that door) making more damage (that seal itself cost about $280). Then I came back to the Klondike Auto Services addressing this problem about month letter they told me what they have no clips (again). And here is even more interesting: mechanic ask me to leave "his promises" and shouted: "I don't own you anything!" when I became more demanding. After that I warned him about filing in small court against him. But he told me to "go ahead" Which I seriously considering, so he just learn his lesson in costumer service! So, if you wanna save couple of bucks, but pay more for re-do that they've done wrong, drive back to them (burning gas and time), and being treated like this for cheap things (I can't imagine what it would be like if I accused them in wrong doing of something more expensive) - I wish you luck and I feel sorry for you!

Had my audi repaired here. Returned the car with new check engine light and it felt like a different car. Mechanics smoke there so expect your car come back to you with a smell. Claimed the check engine light is nothing and "anybody" will take that off they just don't have a tool. Later came back to take care of it and the car was there for almost a month just sitting. Was told nothing can be done- we can't fix it. DUB305 VW shop took care of the issue for $250 with a new sensor. And I was in the shop my friend, 1 year ago. Roman from Ukraine. ✌️

This group of mechanics are very reliable they won't take your car unless they are ready to work on it , they also work with your budget as far as what can be done at the moment and what you can do later price wise . I am also very happy about the quality of work I have gained from them as a paying customer .

Just went to see Leonard at Klondike he is the best. he saved me $150 over what Tire choice was going to charge me to replace my tie rods. They quoted me $150 in parts and $100 in labor. He was able to do the job for $50 pats and $50 labor. Anyone looking for a great mechanic should go see him. I have been a loyal costumer for the past 15 years he has kept my cars safe functional. and has saved me thousands over the years. my whole family uses him and I would recomed him to anyone who is looking for an honest quality mechanic

Absolutely wonderful service! I've been using them for a few years and the mechanics always do a fantastic job at every repair service. This is the one place where I trust my car and know that it is in good hands. They will never try to upsell you for any service which you don't need and are very honest to deal with. “Terrible service at this auto repair shop! The owner, Leonid, was especially disgraceful. I clearly told them what not to do, but he completely ignored my request. They ended up doing the opposite, and the quality of work is absolutely shameful. On top of that, they charged an outrageous price for this disaster. If you don’t know much about cars, they’ll take full advantage of it and rip you off for a huge amount of money. It feels like no one here cares about the customer at all. I wasted my time, money, and nerves. Stay far away from this place!”

I got a nail in the tire of my 2015 Honda Odyssey while on vacation and called them because of the good reviews. I asked how long it would take to fix and he said to come right over. They patched the tire in 10 minutes and at a fair price. I drove the car home 700 miles driving 85mph+ no problems! Honest people, good work, fair price! My only regret is not also getting an oil change there. Thank you!!!
