Seriously, you need to come here. I took my car here because of a grinding noise and the fact that the engine struggled to ignite, and after replacing the water pump, it's as quiet as a mouse. Highly recommend!

These guys do great work and are honest. I started taking my truck here soon after they switched back to auto & tire service. Since then I have not been ripped off once. I take my truck in with a problem. They fix the problem and don’t try to sell me anything else. I’ve gone to other shops in town where I took it in for the AC and leave with my window motor broken.

I have 2 ASE master certificates. I broke down away from home Monday, needed a fuel pump in my '04 Yukon. They said they could get me in Tuesday. Wednesday they said they could 'make an appointment' for Thursday. Friday they said they wouldn't work on it with the ridiculous claim that it's too rusty to lift- It was on my own lift a week ago and has zero structural rust. Still has the original muffler and exhaust. I'm out a grand in hotels because they took a week to decline the job. Zero stars, no bueno.

I drove over to the Center after the folks at Take 5 let me know my oil drain cap had been cross threaded and could not be removed. I had to press the issue with the guys at Take 5 for them to consider it was their responsibility to fix (I have only used that place since I bought the car, so they cross threaded the cap). When I got to Jacob at the Auto Super-Service Center, he was great! I got scheduled for a convenient day and time to resolve the issue. After the repair, he talked with the Take 5 District Manager on my behalf and got my bill taken care of. I appreciate the personal service and the quick resolution of my problem.

We were traveling from out of state when our F150 suddenly broke down on the interstate. We had our truck towed to Auto & Tire Super-Service Center and they were fantastic. Realizing we were from out of state and trying to get home, some places might have chosen to take advantage of our predicament to overcharge us, or delay working on our problem in favor of local repeat customers. But not these guys. They started working on our vehicle within minutes after the tow truck dropped us off, and they had us back on the road in record time. The repair wasn't exactly trivial, but multiple employees worked diligently to ensure the repair was done quickly and correctly. They were honest and kept us informed during the whole process, and they charged us a very fair price for the repair. They even offered suggestions of nearby places to grab a late lunch while we waited for the repair, which was much needed after our unexpected breakdown. We initially assumed we would be spending one or more nights in a hotel while we waited for repairs, but these guys saved us the extra time and money and had us back on the road within a few hours. Highly recommended without reservations!
