Poor customer service! Took in a part of my truck to get a color match, said they needed the code.... went back home to get the code, gave it to them... turns out they gave me color examples! Who’s the expert?? Not me!!!! They all looked the same! At the end I just had to guess... 😡😡😡

Love coming to this place for paint and other supplies. Juan and Luis are very friendly and good customer service. On the other hand the young guy has bad customer service and rude over the phone. It's annoying how last minute projects come up and more when this guy decides to close the store earlier.

I always come here for my car detail products. I like to personally wash my cars at home in a professional manner since I learned how to do so in my first high school job. Their products are great and fairly priced.I think they are better than chemical bros brand on Amazon and prices are comparable.

I tried going to our local automotive paint shop for help with color matching and was told they couldn’t waste their time helping me. So I drove 45 minutes away to try Auto Villa and couldn’t believe was a difference in service I found. Junior bent over backwards to help me while gracefully juggling several other customers. He was kind and skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going out of my way to go back.
