Took in my car to fix 1 thing and got it back with other problems that I didn’t have before going there! so had to take my car to another shop to fix what they broke cuz they didn’t even try to help me out when I explained what was wrong after I got my car back from them!

Aloha February 6th my vehicle was . On March 13th I took it into this repair shop through state form the shop repaired my vehicle and on the 20th told me my vehicle is ready to be picked up if I could give negative star for the fact that they did not take accountability for causing a problem to my vehicle I would recommend any future customers thinking about taking their vehicle here to make sure that they think twice because this shop is not taken accountability. The fact that they cause the problem after the repair was done they said my vehicle is working fine and they cannot find the problem for an electrical problem that they caused again to all future customers don't even waste your time.

After my accident, I took my car to Autocraft because it was the top recommended shop referred by State Farm insurance. Upon arrival, customer service was great. They said they could take my car in. After about a week they told me they have to decline the job due to rust; which is completely fine because then I can take it to another shop. What AutoCraft did wrong was send the estimate to State Farm and request payment, communicating that the job was finished, accepting payment from State Farm, and also expecting the deductible to be paid when in reality my car has been sitting in my driveway untouched. THIS SHOP IS A FRAUD. On top of this, it took me several weeks to get my car into the next shop due to the fact that they made State Farm think that they are working on my car. This has made it very difficult for the next shop because they are still waiting for supplement approval and the fraudulent miscommunication with Autocraft has prolonged the process. The messed up part about this situation is that I’m not the only one!!! I hope more people read this and speak up about this because this is not acceptable.

Craig K. I brought my car to Auto Tech three times. They took care of everything that needed to be done. Like dealing with my Insurance Company, set up rent a car, gave me an estimate and gave me a time to bring in my car. I was given a time to bring in my car and told when it will be finished. Every time my car was finished on time. I couldn't tell where was damaged and the paint matched perfectly. The staff is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing my car back.

Derick was friendly, thorough and professional, overall I enjoyed working with him. It took 3 weeks to get the estimate, which is partially due to starting at another location where they did not perform a thorough inspection. Insurance company declared my vehicle a total loss so I can't speak to repairs, but if I should need collision work in the future I would call Autocrafy Kalihi.

Scheduled an appointment for 11am, got a text confirmation. Soon as they got a call from insurance for rear end damage, they canceled my appointment. No real explanation for this cancelation but if you give up before you even try thats pretty lame.

This was my first experience dealing with an auto company to get our vehicle repaired after being rear ended. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy so everything was pretty stressful with the accident, luckily Autocraft made everything really easy and simple to follow and had the best times for car repair. The customer service was absolutely great they were so kind and helpful through this process. They gave lots of communication which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them and recommend them to others as well.

When our car sustained damage in a parking lot hit and run (smashed front headlight with damaged bumper, wheel and quarter panel), we asked friends for local body shop recommendations and called USAA. Another shop that friends had used wouldn’t take our case so USAA recommended some nearby options, and Autocraft Kalihi was one of them. The situation could not have worked out better! Mahina was wonderful in managing the repair from start to finish. A complimentary loaner vehicle was provided to us once it became available, and this was such an unexpected but much appreciated perk. The work done is fantastic and they really went above and beyond every step of the way. The repair took a bit longer than mainland expectations, but this was only because of the wait for Lexus parts to arrive on island and we were informed of this in advance — once they had what they needed things moved very quickly. I will wholeheartedly recommend Autocraft to anyone in need of body repair services, and will certainly be a repeat customer if the need arises. Mahalos to Mahina and the team at Autocraft Kalihi!

My son got into a fender bender and we used Autocraft to repair the damage. GEICO paid them directly thru check and I had to pay my deductible straight to them as well. They were quick to do the estimate (Wed), ordered the parts right away, the parts arrived the next day (Thurs), and they finished the car by Monday. EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE ! The car looks brand new! NO CASH ACCEPTED. Credit cards will add 3% to your bill so use debit.

I found this bodyshop because they are a preferred vendor for Allstate. I found their customer service top notch along with professional repair work. I was able to have my car towed on the day of the damage and kept there till insurance authorized the repairs which took many days. They were very responsive via text, email, and calls to keep me up to updated.

Well good news, they sounds like they had live person answering the phone calls? Anyways I schedule an appointment for an estimate and just prior to my arrival somebody calls and asked me if I would be alright with a $52 estimate charge? I would not have complained if it was disclosed earlier or posted on their website and I agreed to it? Well, I never got the estimate.
