i went in their for an 100 alignment and as im waiting i noticed dave is doing the front end alignment by hand. AT THIS POINT I WAS GOING INSANE. i asked dave where the alignment machine was and he said we have to send them next door to midas. After 2 hours he brings it next door. 6pm comes and im forced to leave with my car not aligned. i come in the shop the very next day and he hands me a refund for the alignment with no questions asked or struggle. so i go the midas and i ask the guy did dave do an alignment. he goes no he only checked it. now it all makes sense to me. theirs a reason why this shop has no customers buyer beware

My elderly mother goes here and tells me stories all the time. I have talked to them a couple of times myself. I live over 2 hours away so I was nervous at first but let me tell you I didn’t need to be. Dennis and Dave are the most honest mechanics I have ever heard of. They are always honest and fair with my mother and does not take advantage of her at all. Again today she was there and was worried about repairs a needed. She said she had to call him back because she didn’t know if she could afford the repairs and instead of waiting Dennis came up with an alternative and saved her money. Not to mention they took the car to get the emissions passed because they know it is hard for her! They are the best and I am so happy that her car is one less thing we have to worry about! Thank you Dennis and Dave!! My family and I appreciate you taking care of our mother like one of your own! I don’t know if you realize how much we appreciate you, if you did by then you lease know now that it is a lot! I only wish I could give you more stars!

Highly recommend these guys. They provide comprehensive and quality service for a reasonable price. I was referred to Automotive Specialist by a colleague at work. Called and spoke with Dave regarding an issue with one of our cars (wanted to get a second opinion). Dave spent 30 minutes on the phone diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain the engine functions and why the specific error may have been showing. We dropped our car off that night and Dave called me back the next day at 8:30am. He explained what he initially saw in the car, and said he would call me back after he was able to review further. As promised, Dave called back that afternoon and gave me a full summary of what he observed along with his recommendations on how to proceed. He was honest and told us what should be repaired, and what could wait. We will surely be coming back to Automotive Specialist in the future. These guys are truly honest and take the time to ensure the job is done right.

Took my car to this shop after visiting three other mechanics. All three other mechanics wanted to charge $160 to $200 to but the car on the left and diagnose and overstated the problem. Christian test drove the car and then put it up on the jack and spent at least 15 minutes thoroughly checking it along with his colleague. He reassured me that there was nothing major to worry about and that the car did not need any repairs and he did not charge me a single $. They were honest and professional, they won my confidence and trust and my future business. Thank you.
