I brought my vehicle in on 5/15/25 for brake issues and explained that daily my slip indicator light would come on and the car will not accelerate. They charged me $120 for the diagnostic and told me they could not find the issue if the light was not currently on. I was told to come back when the light was on so they could remedy the issue. I went ahead with other services at that appointment and paid $1600. Two weeks later I was near the shop when the light came on. I called to have them look at it and drop it off. I was told no mechanic was there and I would have to come another time. Seeing as I did not want to drive a vehicle that did not accelerate I took it to another shop who was able to accommodate me immediately. Disappointed that I spent so much money at a repair shop who could not honor the $120 fee that I originally came in for and find it ridiculous that they do not have a mechanic on staff at all times to look at issues.

Bad service, bad people, bad experience. Interior of the car was left greasy. Tire was pumped to incorrect pressure. If you can’t remove a nail and fix a flat tire, what job can you do? Shame on you.

I have been there for three times in the past year for different services, and they have been consistently professional and honest. I had a leaking tire the first time and they got it done with half the price my dealer quoted me. The second time, I got a low pressure warning so I stopped by, they inflated my tire for me and advised me that it might due to weather change (proven true). All for free. Today I noticed another leaking tire and went there right before 6pm. Rafael and Carter helped me with a quick patching and I was able to drive my car back by 7pm. They even patiently waited for my wife to bring in my car key as I only had my phone as e-key. The price was so affordable I thought I heard it wrong in the first time. Highly recommend this place! I feel I trust them with their skills, without any worry about being taken advantage of.

I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here. Tilson and Caleb especially. My car had an unexpected break down and even though they initially thought it was one thing (very expensive problem), they had another tech look again who had experience with my make of car, long story but they ended up fixing the problem (minor problem) and didn't even charge me beyond the initial diagnostic! I had a horrible weekend and life was getting me down, but these people are literal Christmas angels.

The gentlemen at the Sales Desk were able to make time to get my flat tire replaced along with the other three! All the other mechanics in town refused to take my car in and not take a look into it until the next week but they welcome me in with no hesitation. They were able to get my car done before they closed, made sure the specifications on the alignment was according to the car manual, and they even kept my car clean and left no trash in there. The mechanics who worked on my vehicle made my 2011 feel like a 2026 by time they replaced my tires, did an alignment, and made sure my car was safe to drive. This location and team have my loyalty and I don’t see myself going elsewhere to get my car maintained.
