Do yourself a favor and do not buy a Jeep! They have had my car going on 3 months with no timeline on return. Need help getting a rental, you're on your own. Need to talk to someone...you'll waste a few hours of your day waiting on hold. Send an email, maybe someone will reply in a week or 2 with no solutions. Want to reach out to Jeep corporate...good luck! Their customer service is even worse. Hopefully I get my car back sometime this summer so I can quickly get something else.

Was expecting to be without vehicle for weeks (possibly). Jerman was my contact. He’s polite, knowledgeable and advised me I could bring the vehicle in low on fuel and charge, which can help speed the process. I dropped the vehicle off the night prior to the appointment and Jerman quickly had me on my way. I gave them the whole day with the vehicle and called mid second day. When I asked for a prognosis, Jerman told me he would have the work completed that day. Thankfully parts weren’t needed and I picked up the vehicle that afternoon. Everything is working and I’m (reenjoying) my Jeep. Having run service departments for 40+ years, I really appreciated the entire visit. Thanks

I'm very thankful for all the work done recently and everything was handled very professionally. I've had terrible experiences at other Jeep dealerships but your location has been great. Sara was my representative for the past three or four visits at your location and she provided all the details I needed and had all the work done very quickly. I was curious about new tires and she showed me some great options where I ended up getting a whole new set. I'm really happy with the new tires and services performed on the vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from them in November. Sean was my salesperson and John was the Sales Manager. My experience was great. I had been researching for the car I wanted for months and they had it set at a great price. So much so that I drove all the way from Victorville. They were able to get me a very competitive interest rate. In this economy unfortunately interest rates aren’t what they were a few years ago, but I went in knowing that. I didn’t try to negotiate because the price was already priced great. I didn’t love my trade in price but my previous car was old and I knew going in that I wouldn’t get as much as if I sold it privately. Wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The car had one cosmetic defect and they were awesome to have that taken care of. They are definitely honest and so easy to work with. I think I was in an out in less than 2 hours. I did choose to fill out my credit application the night before going in because I wanted them to work out financing for me and because I wanted them to know I was a serious buyer, I was worried someone else would get there before me. I would definitely purchase from them again and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for a car. No one was pushy at all. It was a great buying experience and I’m absolutely obsessed with my car!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION!! Their advisors don't know what they're talking about. They treat you like you're trying to con them when asking about warranty coverage and won't look into your vehicles warranty. Very scummy customer service. What the heck is actually wrong with this team? They schedule you for a appointment but tell you the car won't be looked at for over a week. NO COURTESY CAR. So you're dropping your car off a week before they even touch it and they don't care if you're dead in the water with out a ride. This is for a warranty repair too!!! How is this ethical customer service?!?? This just tells me to NEVER buy a dodge again!!! How unacceptable that you pay 100k for a vehicle you rely on to get to work everyday only to be stuck in the mud while they fix their engineering flaw and they tell you to suck it up... They tell you to get a rental... And call corporate for the rental that you have to pay for. This would have never happened at well... ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. Absolutely unacceptable.

They allowed me to handle everything by phone and were very nice about drop off and pick up times based on my son's difficult work hours. They were professional and a lot of work needs to be done but for now we settled on the main needs. We will be back to work on some of the other items over time.

How often do you go to a mechanic and wonder if you're going to get the best service? How often do you wait, just anticipating the recommendations that they will have to drain your bank account? Well, I finally found the place that I always leave comfortable and confident with! AutoNation literally impresses me more and more every time I go! They treat me with respect, give me their recommendations, but are never pushy... and always take care of me to the fullest. This last time they found a Rat's Nest in my engine that I had no clue about, and they just laughed and cleaned it up for me without even charging extra. I'm a loyal customer forever!!!
