I wasn't able to log into my existing account to write my initial review for CCC, so I had to create a new account. Now that I was finally able to get back on my existing account (forgive me for being tech challenged), I wanted to double down on my first review and re-emphasize: Carlsbad Collision Center, rocks! Such a very professional staff as well as, a very talented body shop/paint team. It's been about a month now since I got my truck back, and I'm still stoked! Just wanted to add a couple more reasons why I highly recommend CCC: 1. I live/surf in Carlsbad. CCC, is literally parallel with Ponto's State Beach North (Campgrounds where i surf) just a couple of minutes from the Pacific Coast Highway) & In & Out Burger! 🍔 😋 2. Ray Mercado! I didn't mention this in my initial review. but this young man has such a very kind/compassionate heart. When I had first arrived for my initial consultation, I was sitting in my truck and this VERY elderly lady (I'm guessing close to 90 years old) got out of her vehicle.. I was ready to jump out & assist her... but Ray beat me to it.💓 He was very gentle/nurturing/hyper attentive in the way he helped her. I don't impress easily with this younger Generation, but observing Ray, with this elderly lady really touched my heart- made me think on my mother... who I miss dearly... 💔 I mentioned this to Ray about a week later (my observation from afar) and told him how proud I was of him for showing such deep kindness. Ray then told me, "Her son contacted me and asked me to please take care of my mom- like she's YOUR mom." ^ it's little (huge IMO) kind gestures,, like this, that speak volumes to a person's character. Thanks again CCC- I really appreciate everything. My car 2023 Honda sport Civic. My rear driver door was damaged . The Calsbad Collision center is certified body shop by Mercury Insurance. 10/17/25: I brought my car to this shop. 10/29/25: picked up my car. My whole door was replaced by OEM part. My car is looked very nice, just like brand new car. This body shop is doing excellent job. Receptionist is very polite. Excelent customer aservice. Inspector Abimael Sarmiento is doing very good job to provide the quotation. He answered all my questions I have had. I recommend this body shop to you if your car needs a body shop. Carlsbad Collision center was suggested by our insurance adjuster as a company they do business with quite a bit. It was not that far from our home, so I went with them. Our estimator was Ray Mercado. Such a nice guy! He came out with me to see the damage, answered all my questions. Did his best to get my car fixed in a very timely manner. My husband and I went to pick up my car on a Friday and first thing we noticed was the paint didn't match. Went back in and asked for Ray. He came out and met with us. Agreed the color was off. He told me that CCC prides itself on the customer being 100% satisfied when they pick up their car. So we left it. Got a call on Tuesday that the car was done. Color looks perfect. The hood looks a little misaligned, but they were so nice before, I didn't say anything, because I really need my car back. I've enclosed photos, it may be just me, maybe that's the way it should be . Thank you CCC for a job well done! You have amazing people working for you . Both young ladies in the front office are so very nice too .

Quick - Easy - Affordable. I took my 540i in to get a new bumper. Done in less than 5 business days + fixed a couple scratches. I couldn’t even remember where they were Ray did such a great job. My 2023 Tesla Model Y was hit in the back by some NPC driver and the damage was extensive. I debated between Carlsbad Collision Center and the Tesla branded place in Oceanside, and I am glad I went with Alfonso and his team at Carlsbad Collision. So once again, I have to give five stars to this wonderful place! Flo & the team took care of me from day one. I will upload some photos . Basically someone hit my car on the passenger side while at work - no note - where it made a jarring noise when my passenger door would open. I just concluded a super positive experience, having my Ford truck repaired at Carlsbad Collision Center. They did a phenomenal, highly professional job, making sure it everything looked exactly like it did prior to the accident. It took a little longer than expected (due to parts & Quality Control)... but man, was I super stoked when I drove in with the Enterprise shuttle driver & first saw my truck! They had detailed it & it looked almost as nice as the day I drove it off the Dealership lot, over at Encinitas Ford. I worked/communicated with Ray Mercado, throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more professional person to work with- just a superlative level of customer service, with every single person I dealt with. What I really appreciated, was the consistency of communicating with the same few people throughout, which helped everything move seamlessly. Arianna & Patricia (the receptionists out front) were both very pleasant/sweet young ladies to deal with as well. Between these 3, they helped keep me updated, as well as helping me coordinate with Enterprise, & the Insurance Company (Wawanesa- not my insurer) who paid for everything. FWIW: Back in 2021, I was rear ended by a kid, who's negligence cost another 15k in repairs. I used Caliber Collison back then, & would not repeat my business. Due to the supply chain issues back in 21, it took them 5- 1/2 months to repair my truck... & even after all that time, I refused delivery due to major, glaring QC issues, which delayed it another 2 weeks. Just a night & day experience difference, between Carlsbad Collison (a family owned business) & Caliber, a corporate chain management business. Carlsbad Collison Center, has my highest recommendation. With exceptional customer service becoming a lost art/core value in business, these awesome people have restored my Faith. Thanks again, Ray, Arianna & Patricia!!! My truck, is an important extension of my SoCal/Idaho lifestyle.

Working with Abi was incredibly smooth and communicative and the car repairs were done extremely well in this hectic time when someone hits you out of nowhere and you can't avoid it and then everything feels so heavy. They made the process easier. So did the rental car service they link with. Ha I have brought my car back to Carlsbad Collision to fix a tail light. I asked for Abi to be my point person again, because he is just awesome and on top of his game. After they completed the work on my tail light they had Jaime come pick me up. He was awesome and very comfortable to be with. He had a large knowledge of cars and we spoke about ideas for the betterment of my vehicle. They are ALL awesome here. Just Abi is the best 👌 👍
