I want to give a shout out to AutoNation Collision in Plano. I had overpacked for a short vacation and forced my trunk lid down to close. Doing this caused me to bend the door resulting in loud obnoxious creaking noises as we drove down the highway. I took it to Sewell Audi and they said the lift gate was bent and they couldn’t fix it. They suggested I take it to a body shop. I took my Audi to AutoNation Collision and Tony said he could probably bend it back where it should be and him and a technician took it into a service bay and fixed it in 15 minutes. Tony said there would be no charge and for me to just use them for my next collision repair. I still can’t believe it. I had expected to pay thousands for a new lift gate. I highly recommend them for your next collision repair.

Brian was the best! Extremely knowledgeable about Tesla (which is why we chose this collision center), friendly, professional, and had my back when I had to fight with insurance. I really appreciate how responsive Brian was, he provided continuous updates on what was going on without me having to check in. I had my Tesla repaired at this collision center and was extremely happy with the customer service, and workmanship in the repair. Total repair time was a month and a half which was quicker than I anticipated, and they had my car ready earlier than the estimated completion date; returning it cleaned inside and out. The estimator that I worked with, Derek, provided me prompt weekly updates on my car’s status and estimated completion time. He was great to work with, and happy to help anytime I reached out with a question. Would highly recommend this collision center!

This place was great. I took my truck in for collision repair. They kept me informed throughout the process, and it was ready before the estimated completion date. They even fixed some minor issues that were not directly related to the collision. The truck was clean and looked like new. I highly recommend this place. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at AutoNation Collision Center Plano. From the beginning, I was given incorrect and constantly changing information. Initially, I was told my vehicle would be ready by [XYZ Date], but after that the timeline kept changing with no clear explanation. Since then, it has been nothing but delays. For the past one week, I’ve been calling regularly just to get a basic update, and every single time I’m told something different. There is no consistency, no transparency, and it feels like customers are expected to just keep waiting without any real answers. The agent handling my vehicle was also very unprofessional. When I asked about my vehicle status, instead of giving a clear response, he said: “Are you here to fight with me?” That is not customer service — that is disrespect. To make it worse, I spoke with the manager and was given one update, but the very next day the agent told me that what the manager said was not correct. If the manager and staff can’t agree on the status, how is the customer supposed to trust anything being said? Overall, the communication is poor and the professionalism is lacking. Customers should not have to chase a collision center for over a week just to get accurate information about their own vehicle. Very disappointing experience

I had body work on my Tesla done here about three months ago, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. The team was professional, courteous, kept me well informed throughout the process, and completed the work within the time they committed to. The quality of their work was top notch. I went back in today because a few beads had fallen into a gap in the floor covering, and once again they exceeded my expectations. They took care of my issue immediately and were incredibly kind and gracious. Everyone I spoke with today was fabulous, but Stephanie truly stood out!! She was warm, friendly, and soooo supportive. I called with an inquiry and she immediately suggested that I come in to have a technician take a look to assess my issue in person. I can’t recall the technician’s name, but he was also outstanding!! The entire interaction gave me all the warm fuzzies, which says a lot for an auto body shop! Between their outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship, they have absolutely earned a customer for life. I 100% recommend them to anyone with a soul who needs body work!
