Full review on yelp!!! If only I had the time to write it all. This place doesn’t care about your vehicle or you as a customer. That’s clear at every level all the way up to the manager. First issue occurred with a non oem engine component that I didn’t want on my performance car. I wanted to pay the difference to upgrade. I let them know this. I let them know it was on back order. They didn’t seem to have an issue. Some 10 days later they said they were going to start assembling. I asked about that part. They said they wouldn’t wait for it to arrive and never ordered it. Had they said it was an issue an alternative could have been established. In the moment I asked about overnighting a different part. Although it would let me order the other part and overnight it. They said it couldn’t be done. At that point I gave up because they clearly didn’t care. A few days later I contacted the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional and made the same excuses I had already been told. The excuses that didn’t add up. Then he all but hung up on me. The car then wasn’t “completed” for 23 days. That’s not enough time to figure out alternative options though. I say “completed” because when they said that I had it go to a mechanic. Only then did they bother to send me pictures of the “completed” car. After viewing the photos I could see pieces beyond the grill not fully painted. Reflectors that were the wrong color. The grill was the aftermarket one that was on before the accident but when ordering it you get several pieces to put it on in different styles. They had pictures of how the car should have looked from the very beginning. I was specific about how to do the grill. And it was done the exact opposite. I told them of all of this. They claimed it was then done 3 days after it came back from mechanic. I drove 4 hours to get it. Paint still wasn’t corrected and the Audi Quattro lettering wasn’t on the grill. Multiple times I was told the grill came with “weird letters” “don’t know how it’s supposed to go” “don’t know how to do it”. This body shop shares a parking lot with an Audi dealership…… it literally takes 30 seconds to walk door to door. The icing on the cake was on my drive home. First finding the uroplate mount I told them didn’t belong on the grill in my back seat not the trunk like I asked. Sheet metal screws pressing ever so nicely into my leather and alcantara seats. Next thing I notice is what I can only guess is a clear coat overspray all over my windshield that wasn’t before. I’m not sure why it would have overspray because the only thing that should have been near a paint booth is the bumper before assembly. I haven’t been able to get that off yet. And then I notice the owl that was on my dash missing. An owl that symbolizes my daughter that died 4 years ago, almost to the day I picked up the car. I check the photos I was sent of the “completed car” and it was still on the dash then. But no longer is it in the car anywhere. When I get it home I tint the reflectors and notice that visually one is there. But you press on it and it scoots inside the bumper. I put the Quattro lettering on that a professional body shop doesn’t recognize or know how to do it. I attempt to clean the window with rubbing alcohol and still no luck. This shop doesn’t care about anything other than getting cars through the doors as quick as possible and taking advantage of people regardless of then knowing or not. There isn’t a low enough score I could give them. Never will I bring anything to them under any circumstances again. They cost business for the service departments next to them because if I’m ever so unlucky to need a body shop again. It will go to another city with an Audi dealership. And the Audi dealership was fantastic. This experience was so bad it made me dislike the car I loved. To the point we almost bought a different car from Audi when we were there. Oh and there is a spot missing paint on the front of the bumper. Hope this helps and hope this shop reads it although they’ve already made it clear they don’t care.

We had our windshield replaced here last spring and recently had some rocks chip it In several places. Today we dealt with Ryan who was really great to deal with! He quickly found the chips and told us what needed to be done and that it would take about 30 minutes which was about how long it took to make the repairs. He was super friendly and was really great to deal with! We would highly recommend the Autonation Collision Repair Center and really appreciated dealing with such a great technician like Ryan! He deserves a giant pay raise!!

A recycle truck hit my car and ripped off the side view mirror. If I hadn't come to Auto Nation Collision Center Spokane I would still be dealing with WM's insurance company. I kick my self for not going to Auto Nation Collision Center first! The insurance company was giving me the run around. When I finally went here Darla and the team swooped in and I now have my car back and the work they did was perfect! I also had my windsheild replaced at the same time. It had been cracked for a while. Everyone there is super friendly, very efficient, and fair priced. If anything else comes up, Auto Nation Collision Center will be my go to. Thank you Darla and the team!

I took my vehicle to the right place. The staff were warm and welcoming. The repair estimate I received was very reasonable. As it turned out Kyla was remarkably accurate in her estimate. The car looked pristine! Not only was it completely repaired, it was thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out. And it was ready for me to take home earlier than expected. I've already been recommending them to friends.

I had owned my 2024 Subaru Solterra for only 4 months when another driver crossed in front of me, which caused front end damage. Knowing that this model is fairly new and some parts are scarce, it's an EV, and mostly built by Toyota, I wanted a body shop that was experienced with both Toyota and Subaru. AutoNation Collision Center is certified for both - they got me in right away for an estimate. Trevor was very transparent in what parts my car needed, and I had already anticipated this could be a several month ordeal due to lack of parts. He let me know that he'd be texting me every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. He followed through with clear communication. This was not an easy vehicle to repair, but they got it done in a little over 2 1/2 months - mostly due to lack of parts. My car looks great, inside and out!

Took my GMC pickup here for body repair. They did a great job communicating with me how long it would take to complete and gave me updates as it was progressing. It was actually done earlier than they said originally. They washed my truck before I picked it up and I really appreciated the extra effort! The quality of the work is 10/10. Great customer service, and even better workmanship. A windshield chip turned into a long crack. Told insurance I'd prefer a Subaru authorized repair center (rather than Safelite). Never got the chance to call, as Jason very proactively called first to let me know he had received the insurance authorization repair, and the replacement windshield was already in. Scheduled a date and time, including a request to drop off the Forester at the Subaru dealer when they were done for an oil change. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:00, received a call just before noon that the windshield replacement was done and they had dropped it off at the Subaru service center. Great communication and follow up. Other than a windshield with no crack, absolutely can't tell it's a replacement (and my wife will attest that I am absolutely finatical when it comes to my vehicles). Thanks to Jason (and the technicians who did the replacement) for making the entire transaction and repair seamless . Gary

We had recently bought a new Toyota Sequoia and someone scratched the door the very next day, then a few days later the hood got dented and paint scratched in our shop. I brought it here and they literally did a miracle on this car for us, looks brand new again. All done in one day and it came in under the lower estimate which usually never happens. I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center for any paint and repair needs. Such a great experience. Our Estimator Darla was awesome to work with and communication was prompt and professional.

These guys got my car - damaged in a parking-lot hit-and-run accident - in the very next day, jumped right on it, and had it fixed and back to me at least a week before I anticipated it might be ready, even though several parts had to come cross-country! They did an incredible, very impressive job on the repair. I couldn't be more pleased! They even took the time to make sure I understood exactly what they had replaced and repaired! Out of sheer curiosity, I asked the service manager about an undercarriage item I saw listed on the receipt as having been replaced, as I didn't recognize the part name. Rather than just explaining it to me, which would have been just fine, he walked me into the service area and showed me the very part on a similar vehicle that was apart at the time. It was so cool to see, and made me feel special! They even took care of returning my rental vehicle for me, so I didn't have to deal with that added hassle -- SO NICE! I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, AutoNation Collision Center Spokane will definitely be my first and only call! TWO ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP!

Worst customer service I have ever experience. I bought a new vehicle from AutoNation and it came with a small dent on the roof (from the transportation company). Because of this, the manufacture was responsible for the repair. It took over a month for the Collison center to schedule my repair. After I was scheduled, they said it would take up to four days to repair, which seemed like a long time to remove a small dent. I brought it in on a Monday and it was to be completed by Thursday. Wednesday came along and I hadn’t heard anything about the progress, so I called to check up and make sure it would still be ready by Thursday. Nobody was available that was assigned to my car, so I had to leave a message. Did not receive a call back. Then Thursday, I called again, nobody was available, so I had to leave another message. Did not receive a call back. Then Friday, called once again and nobody was available, so I had to leave another message. Did not receive a call back. After the weekend I called once again on Monday, and once again nobody was available, so I left another message. Finally, Monday afternoon I received a call. They said they my vehicle was primed and ready for paint, and they would be painting it the next day or the day after. First of all, I was never informed that new paint was ever even an option. Secondly, it was already 4 days past due, and they had no sense of urgency. Lastly, they were unapologetic for the delay and the lack of customer service. The vehicle ended up being complete Tuesday night. When I picked it up, everything seemed to look good, best I could see at night. The next day I examined the repair job in the day light and everything seemed to look good. Unfortunately, the same can on me stated for their clean up job. There was paint/sanding residue all over the side and bottom of the windshield. Then I looked inside the vehicle and found the same thing. Residue on the inside of two doors, on the handle, one of the vents, the gas and break peddle, and the driver side (cloth) seat. Which leads me to believe that they had the doors open while working on the repair. I have called and left a message to have this cleaned for the past two days and, once again have had to leave a message both days and have yet to receive a call back. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. AutoNation should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this collision center.

Five stars for the ANC on Sprague 🏆 Would give a 6-star rating if I could. Service was lightning fast, staff was diligent and professional, and work quality was superb. If another business would like to know how to run a customer-oriented front office and successful operation, go to this business and learn how they do things. This is a textbook example of premium customer service--a real rarity in the 2020s.

I had to get a scratch/dent fixed here. It was such a smooth experience. And it was amazing getting my car back looking all shiny and new!! They vacuumed, cleaned and shined it, inside and out. Absolute joke of a body shop. Brought my 2025 Jetta in a for a rock chip repair, which not only made it worse but Jason scratched my glass and paint on my hood. Tried to reason with them and said it's not their problem I would need to pay for glass replacement. I went to the Autonation dealership I bought the car from a week prior and asked if anyone higher up could help, Seth did a great job at making sure my car would be taken care of properly this time around free of charge with a new windshield. Brought my car back for the windshield replacement and it came back with broken clips, bent moldings, missing hardware, miss aligned plastic covers, absolutely no care in the world. I have extensive training in this field from Camp Bodyshop here in Spokane, I would LOST MY JOB over this type of service making it back to the customer. Seth did an amazing job and everything he could to make sure not only the sale went smooth but also aftercare with problems I started having immediately even though it's a brand new car, this collision center however has done nothing but disservice to my car. Highly do not recommend, find a bodyshop with much higher standards.
