⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After having the worst experiences not once, but twice, at Infiniti Coconut Creek and Sawgrass, I honestly lost all faith in dealerships. That completely changed the moment I walked into AutoNation and worked with Michelle. Michelle was a breath of fresh air, funny, down-to-earth, honest, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She was straightforward, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt supported through the entire process. It was the kind of experience every customer hopes for but rarely gets. Tony, the general manager, was just as amazing, approachable, professional, and clearly running a great team. The Smoothest Vehicle Order Experience—Highly Recommend Auto Nation, Fedora & Matt! I recently had the pleasure of ordering a custom Ford Bronco through AutoNation, and I must say the entire process was absolutely seamless. This isn't my first time ordering a vehicle, but it was, without a doubt, the smoothest and friendliest experience I have ever had. The level of customer service provided by the team, especially Fedora and Matt, was truly exemplary. They managed the custom order with incredible professionalism, kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel like a valued client. I purchased a brand new 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E, marketed and priced as a luxury vehicle. After only a few months, the paint began to peel and show oxidation, clearly a manufacturing defect. Since then, the process of getting a solution has been extremely slow and frustrating, with no sense of urgency from Ford or the dealership. The only solution suggested so far has been repainting the vehicle, which is unacceptable for a brand new luxury car and would significantly reduce its resale and market value. Repainting does not solve the root problem and places the financial loss on the customer instead of the manufacturer. What makes this situation even more disappointing is the apparent lack of accountability. These vehicles are being sold despite known paint issues, yet customers are not informed at the time of purchase. Purchasing a luxury vehicle should provide peace of mind, transparency, and quality, not months of uncertainty and a cosmetic fix that permanently devalues the car. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a Ford vehicle, especially the Mustang Mach-E, and I strongly advise potential buyers to research these paint defects before committing to a purchase.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish - Denny Deacon is a Star! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so thankful to write this review. My history with AutoNation Ford in Margate goes back to 2015 when I purchased my Ford Fusion with zone mile. That positive experience made me feel secure enough to return when it was time for my next vehicle. This time, I was looking at a Ford Ranger. From the moment I connected with Denny Deacon, the Commercial Account & Fleet Manager, I knew I was in great hands. His dedication was nothing short of amazing. Understanding my specific needs, he didn’t just show me what was on the lot—he went above and beyond. Denny actually had two different Rangers transferred from two other AutoNation dealerships just so I could see them in person and test drive them at my convenience in Margate. That level of effort is truly rare. My trusty 2015 Fusion, which had more sentimental value than reliability left in it (the transmission was on its way out), was also treated fairly. They gave me a very honest and more-than-reasonable price for my well-loved, beat-up trade-in, which made the entire transition seamless. There’s a saying about “bearing one another’s burdens,” and that’s what this team did for me. They took the hassle and worry off my shoulders and handled everything with integrity and care. I will most definitely be coming back for all of my family's future vehicle needs. I highly recommend AutoNation in general, and this Ford dealership in Margate in particular. In December 2025, I took my 2021 Ford Van 250 in because of a noise in the engine. They determined that one of the cylinders was damaged. They explained that they needed to make a video of the inside of the cylinder to see what had happened and then send it to the engineers to determine what needed to be done. They decided to replace the engine with a new one. They did so, and on January 2, 2026, I had my van back. They gave me a two-year warranty on the engine. The service was excellent, both from the customer service representative (Emmanuel) and the technician (Alex), who were very kind and helpful. This review is based on my most recent visit to the Parts Department at AutoNation. I have been a long time customer of this dealership over time. I have purchased several new cars here over the years and am on the Ford Pass Rewards loyalty program. Because of that program, Ford has my email and occasionally sends me offers and promotions to incent me to buy parts or do service for my cars. I recently received such an offer to get accessories and receive a 20% discount. So I called AutoNation Ford to order a new sunshade for my Edge, that I originally bought new there. My old sunshade was shot. My call was answered right away and the gentleman efficiently took my order. A few days later, my sunshade came in and I drove over to AutoNation to pick it up. When it came to check-out, the person at the parts desk refused to honor the discount from the email offer. I showed him the email on my phone. I pointed out the dates that the discount was available and confirmed it was still active. He asked his manager, and I explained I have purchased a Taurus, Mustang, Escort, and Edge at this same dealership, and again showed the email, but still refused to honor the offer. The quality of the sunshade is excellent but I was very unhappy with paying full price, after I presented the email coupon. I give AutoNation Ford very low marks in customer service. Loyalty means nothing to them and now I've lost faith in the great relationship I once had with this Ford dealer.

These guys really went to bat for me and got me way better of a heavy duty truck than I could have managed to get from any other dealer hands down.for a way better deal . It is without reservation that I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Having started my business back in 2007 and purchasing a brand new f 150. Now here 20 years later I bought a brand new f250 powerstroke and I basically paid gasser price. For a powerstroke left over 2025 model. Truck is amazing I love it. My salesman James was the man. I’ve had a great experience. Customer service is top notch. I bought a truck here and got a sweet deal. Unfortunately a squirrel chewed up my wires in the engine. Insurance paid thank god. But it gave me an opportunity to try out the service department. They were excellent! So far you guys have earned a customer for life!
