They repainted my 1 year old vehicle bumper and the clear coat started bubbling less than 1 year after. I contacted the owner to fix it and he never even responded. Now I have to pay another body shop to repaint it all over again.

I don't think I can avoid making this review sound fake, but I have never experienced this level of detail, care, and professionalism from an auto body shop. First of all... I didn't want to send my car to the dealership, but felt like I should... like I needed to. When my insurance company recommended Tony's Executive AutoBody, I immediately looked them up and couldn't believe all the positive reviews. I felt better but was still skeptical. The drop-off was quick and seamless. Within 24hrs, I had my estimate and estimated pick-up. Still, I didn't believe it. I was certain that something would happen to hold this up and I wouldn't have my car by the estimated 2 weeks. Let me tell you that those 2 weeks went fast, and I got a call 2 days early that it was ready. I was told that I'd get a call for a pick-up the following day, to allow them to double-check their work, test drive, wash, and detail my car. I didn't get that call, but when I called to confirm, I received an apology by phone AND by text, and confirmed that my car would be ready the next day (which was the original delivery date). I pulled up as they were detailing the car, and it looked just like it did prior to my accident (just cleaner). Tony had a pleasant conversation with me and gave me all his assurances and warranties on his work. All my concerns were gone. The name of this shop is aptly named because I definitely felt like an Executive with the level of service I received. I hope I never HAVE TO see Tony again, but if I require any work that his shop is capable of doing, I'll definitely call him first. FIVE STARS!!!

I brought it back for a front bumper replacement and it was done in 2 days as well. I appreciate old school service and that’s what they provide here. I would just like to give Tony a huge shoutout to being the most honest guy there is in this business. As you can see below my my car was in a severe accident and we didn't know what real damage was done until they started putting it back together. He and his crew worked so hard to get parts every step of the way and let us know every week what the status was. they drove to many places to try and see if they could find all the parts needed for this project. I really appreciate all the hard work and effort they went through to make this car safe for me and my kids, They did a fantastic job and would definitely use them in the future for any of our car needs. If I could give Tony and this business 10 stars I would. After many years of dealing with many body shops Tony's Executive Autobody is by far the best experience yet with impeccable work and amazing customer service. A few years ago I had an accident and was directed to Tony's by my insurance company. At that time I was so impressed by their work, stellar customer service and drive to go above and beyond for their customers that when unfortunately I had another accident a few weeks ago I immediately told my insurance company that I would only take my car to Tony's. I was again super impressed with the quality of work and care for their customers. Fun fact...my Son also had his car there at the same time for repair unbeknownst to Tony however that it was my Son and my Son came home telling me how impressed he was that Tony told him he would prioritize his car repair because he knew he didn't have rental insurance. Now that's an amazing, caring and stand up guy. My Son was called to pick up his car this Monday and I was called to pick up my car unexpectedly this Tuesday as it was completed way before schedule as he also took into consideration the upcoming holiday weekend. I worked with Tony’s through insurance after getting rear ended, and they did a phenomenal job! They kept me informed every step of the way, and the car looked good as new. They even washed my car and replaced the hubcap that got knocked off during the accident. Highly recommend!
