I cannot express how truly appreciative I am of AutoSquare Collision. They have gone above and beyond what I believe to be excellent service. Their friendly, caring staff and outstanding customer service has earned my trust, respect, and further business from now on. I was in an auto accident, and my insurance company recommended them to me. My vehicle, which I loved to no end, was appraised as a total loss. I refused to accept it, and fought with everyone I could to see if I can get the decision overturned. I met with Nick, who kindly helped assess, and reassess my vehicle numerous times. He put up with my pestering and set up test after test, to do what he could to make sure every single issue with my vehicle was examined thoroughly. I showed up almost every day for 2 weeks to check on my vehicle, and Nick and the team never once made me feel unwelcome. In the end, the vehicle was still found to be a total loss. Which was somewhat devastating to me. To my utter surprise, the owner of Autosquare himself, met with me to offer his apologies for my loss. He did this without me even asking to meet with him. He did this out of courtesy. The day I came to remove some aftermarket parts, and off-road tires, two mechanics went ahead and removed the tires for me, free of charge. It took over an hour to remove and replace them. And they did it all for free. Once in a while you come across an individual, whom you realize actually cares about their customers. But it is very rare that you come across an entire business, where every single person, from the owner, to the last employee, does their best for every person who comes through their doors. AutoSquare Collision is unique in that aspect. And for that I will be more than happy to go to them for every single piece of work I ever need done to any vehicle I own from now on. Thanks a bunch.

This is the second time I've had to use the great services by Autosquare Collision Center in El Monte. First time was on my old Flex and now my new Flex. These folks are truly amazing to work with, they truly pride themselves on providing great service and going above and beyond and I wouldn't want to take our family vehicles anywhere else. Gerry, Mike and Betty are the best and sure make you feel like you're part of their family. From the minute I filed my claim with my insurance to the minute I received delivery of my car the experience was great making it a no brainer to give these folks 5 stars. Thanks Auto Square for making a painful situation pain free.

They overcharge and cut corners. The first repair left my car with mechanical issues that I had to fix through my dealership bc they were trying to go through my insurance and charge for the service again. The second repair left my car with more repairs needed, overall sloppy service. Save yourselves the headache and save your money, there a plenty of other auto collision shops out there

I would NEVER NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVEN if you have insurance. Our car was "fixed" after an accident and caught on fire 5 months later. When i took my car back to get it fixed they denied their mistake and I say their mistakes because after the Fire Department looked at it and said it was an electrical fire caused by our headlight that they half ass fixed. Auto Collision was the last person that touched our wiring. The wiring was sloppy. They have NO means to fix any of their faults and mistakes. Nick is a manager and doesn't know how to deal with an angry customer . He hung up on me, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he continuously insisted that I filed a new claim on my car so he can fix what was already suppose to be fixed I reported them to the fraud department. A diagnostic Test wasn't even done How can you make a decision if the proper tests were not even completed. I HIGHLY recommend you STAY AWAY from this repair shop and highly recommend some customer service training for these managers or give the position to well deserved candidates that can handle work under pressure and still be professional. After Nick found out i was towing it to another shop were they will be doing the proper tests he tried to convince to let him look at it mind you they have had it for 3 days now. I guess he should of thought about that before he hung up on me.. poor poor fella..

Today is March 20, 2018 Finally got my car back from waiting 6 weeks . I was dealing with a insurance (United alliance) very terrible place to deal with if your expecting your car to be fix as soon as possible. Ryan and his team was very helpful . He also didn't consider letting the insurance company to put after market parts on my car. All parts are oem replacement as they work with the dealer . He also picked up my car same day after calling him for the repairs . I would recommend this place if your looking for a repair shop that has your best interest. I like that they got me oem parts , like that they called me and told me about every step that was going on with my car , till completion . Thanks again Ryan and your team . keep up the good work.

Great customer service from the moment you walk in the door with the secretary Patty to Jack who handled my claim to the owner Jerry. I've brought in three vehicles which were left looking like new. I've referred several friends all of which have been completely satisfied with the body work done on their vehicles. Recently I took my car in to see if they could remove overspray. Not only did they do an excellent job they did it free of charge. Thanks again Jack and Jerry! I appreciate the kind gesture. If I need any body work done on my vehicle I'll definitely return to AutoSquare.

My husband bought an engine from them that was supposed to be Grade A, 68,000 miles and OEM tested but what we got was a piece of crap with two oil leaks.Also it got shipped upside down and took longer than they said to get here. Spent 2400 dollars on something we could have got from Junk yard for cheaper and they don’t even wanna honer their guarantee unless we spend 500 dollars more to send it back. We really got screwed and we wouldn’t recommend using this company for any parts. Very dissatisfied

Steve is the best guy ever, I have been dealing with him for years before he was with Autosquare. So my experience is always great because he’ll make sure of that no question asked. I took my 3 week old Lexus there to get repaired, when it was all said and done. It was like it never happen. Where ever Steve goes so will me and my family & friends.
