I’ve taken 4 of my cars here, (Porsche, Volvo, Lexus, Subaru) and always had great communication from Brent and Colin. Most recently they were able to troubleshoot and figure out a difficult electrical/computer issue on my car and save me from having to replace the computer which would have cost thousands of dollars and been much easier repair for the shop to complete.

Wow an amazing repair shop. When I first went into Auto tailor I had already spent thousands of dollars in repairs trying to get my Jeep fixed. Collin and Brent listened to my frustrations. They knew this was a situation that needed careful caution. The jeep had work done by another mechanic who would not confirm everything he did, so Autotailor team had to go off current diagnostics. During the weeks they had our Jeep they gave us a car to drive. No other mechanics shop has offered that.
Autotailor care about their clients and do their best not to make repairs cost an arm and a leg. I call Brent and Collin for all my questions now.

Very happy we discovered this garage. They are very up front about repairs and associated costs. We have learned we can trust their judgement - and their mechanics.
