Total joke. Ordered a part. Then had to run to the different stores. They said they were transferring the part from Federal Way to Kent and the guy never dropped my part off after waiting all day. Horrible customer service and communication

Angela was incredibly helpful in finding the appropriate parts I needed to change my brakes, routers, and oil filter. I really felt like she was able to hear what I needed, what I already had, and apply it to the appropriate car parts. It's really nice to walk into a store as a female and talk to an employee who responds in a way that doesn't make me feel like I know nothing about cars, but instead supported and empowered to do the work on my own. I also feel like I didnt get ripped off, like I do it a lot of other places, so that was extra nice.

Waited for over ten minutes for four workers to just talk to themselves. No one asked if they could help. Tried buying several things and ended up walking out because they were just cracking jokes. I’ve never had worst customer service at any of these stores than this location. Why do you have 4 people working if they refuse to help the only people in the store?

What great service I got from Angie at Autozone. I had no clue what I was doing in buying/installing windshield wipers for my car. I spent hours trying to do it with wipers I bought from Amaza that didn't fit. It took her minutes to get the right ones and install them. So impressed! Thank You!

When I walked in Diana helped me but as soon as I asked her for a scanner for my car to check codes she was being rude and rolling her eyes at me so then another employee Sarah attended me asking me if I had help I told her yes but Diana is being rude and I do not want her to help me at all, so Sarah decided on taking over and helping me she was great very good customer service and I very much appreciated her for that.

I had a headlight go out the other morning leaving for work. I’m fanatical about having all my car lights working before I leave for work. It’s dark when I leave. So After work I went to Auto Zone to purchase a new headlight. Dalton was the sales associate helping me. He got me the light I needed then asked if my car was there it was and he offered to install it for me!!! What a Godsend and a true act of kindness!!! 5 stars for Dalton he was a life saver. He knew exactly what he was doing graciously installed the light and I was golden. Thank you Dalton with Auto Zone!!!

I was in the Kent AutoZone on Saturday. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Diane made sure to make me feel small and as tho I was not welcome. I don't know if she treats all customers this way or she just hates her job but, I may be driving further down the road next time I need help getting what I need.

"Visited store on 2/7/26 to buy a windshield wiper. Cashier Anthony Pacheco confirmed installation was included with purchase. Waited 25 minutes, but was told to wait for other customers. Left without getting wiper installed. Returned 2/8/26 at 11am, faced long line again, and same cashier asked me to wait again. Frustrating experience with poor customer service. Would not recommend waiting for installation with this store. I was really frustrated and pretty upset. Went back the next day and approached him and faced similar situation. Unbelievable! Hoping the manager will read my review. I returned the items and went across the street O’really Auto Parts. As soon I paid the wiper they installed right then and get it done. That’s a great Customer Service!! I have to share this experience to all people that I know for that terrible experience I had at AUTO ZONE located at Kent.
