To start I was on my way home to Everett from Portland. As I was cruising on I5 my pickup started smelling hot so I limped off the freeway at the nearest exit when I realized that my serpentine belt was the cause of the smell. When I started trying to figure out what I was going to do I saw Lloyd’s auto clinic just up the road so I decided my best bet was to try to get to their shop. As I pulled into their parking lot my serpentine belt finally snapped. Despite it being a busy Friday afternoon, mechanics all busy, and the phones ringing off the hook I explained my situation and they dropped everything to get me back on the road. After replacing my belt, a faulty tensioner pulley, and a seized idler pulley I was able to continue my commute. The customer service at Lloyd’s auto clinic is top notch. I will recommend it to anybody in that area.

I was able to get in right away for an oil change And to look at a possible problem with my back brake lights which kept coming on intermittently when I was not in the car. I was surprised that I was able to get in right away and the work was done very efficiently and hopefully my brake lights will stop coming on. They were adjusted. I also got a ride back home so I I could stay home to wait for the car and they picked me back up again to bring me back up to pay. Great service there. I will definitely be back.

Please take my advice and never go here! Terrible communication, and they ended up charging my fiance when she was never told it would cost anything. She was told to come in for a quick free inspection and it turned out to take all day. She turned her car in at 8:30am. They called her at 10:50am after test driving it a couple different times to diagnose the issue, but they couldn't figure out the problem. They told her they would call back in a half an hour after driving it for the third time. After three more hours go by, my fiance called to see if they test drove it again and she was told that they would call back any minute once the guys got back into the shop to let her know how it went. They never called back until 4:30pm when my fiance was already on her way to see in person what was taking so long and why they haven't called back because she knew they closed at 5. They ended up giving her a $256 invoice for a BS problem that wasn't relevant to the reason why she wanted an inspection. If you actually want a free inspection, go to Les Schwab.

I took my car into them they not only was able to look at it but they did the work I asked them to do in a very timely matter since I was hurting for it to get done so I wouldn't miss a bunch of work and they was great, they updated me on the progress often. And the gentleman and the lady in the office had amazing customers service. I will definitely be continuing to use them when I have mechanical issues and I highly recommend them. I had aftermarket headlights installed that worked out okay. However, the headlights adjustment was not included. Beware of additional costs or be prepared to take your vehicle to an entirely different auto body shop to complete service.

We needed a Water pump replaced in our Ford Explorer sport . They saw me right away for my car when other places told me that they could see me tomorrow when I work and that I’d have to leave my car with them for the whole day for them to just see what’s wrong. It turns out a lever was pulled so that’s why they were able to fix it right away. But they were so nice and polite. Will gladly come again!

Lloyd's Auto Clinic handled the repairs through my insurance after my Hyundai was stolen. They were very proactive with parts to get everything repaired and back to me as soon as possible. They called with updates when necessary. When I got my car back, it looked practically brand new. They did a great job and handled everything with my insurance. I highly recommend them for your repairs. Make sure to give Grace a few belly rubs (Grace is a dog. Lol) Before and after pictures included.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic shop. I'd been pulling my hair out trying to resolve and issue with my spark plug cables and other shops were not able to anything because it didn't code when I went it. I knew the issue just not how to get to it. Lloyds was able to go in and fix it and when I saw the issue again I quickly called and they took me back instantly to resolve the issue for good. My jeep is running great still!

Best experience I’ve had! I called in Wednesday morning and spoke with Dustin and let me start off by saying how amazing he was from the beginning to the end. My car was having major problems with my fuel injectors to other issues and their team was able to get me my car out by Friday evening so I can go back to work. He helped so much by giving me a ride home and even gave me a ride back to the shop to get my car back on Friday, I live down the street from their shop and he did not hesitate at all. Not only did they fix that issue but they were able to give me call updates on what else that they highly recommend to get done which I also did as well. My Buick is running smooth and amazing like I remember. Going back to work during since I work nights is gonna now be a safe drive to and from work (: It was a pleasure doing business and will be going there from here on out.
