So I bought my car to this shop. They were supposed to call me when they got the part to fix my oil leak nothing. Never got a call back. I think they need better support at the front desk. They seemed to busy to slow down and properly access my car and failed to provide service.

The employees here are very proud people. Anyone who goes here will not go a second time and they will stop others. Ask me something, I felt ashamed there I needed a 2024 car inspection. I called earlier, but even though they were not busy, they reduced my time after it was late. I went from Federal Way to Kent about 10+ miles. I hope they fix it. No, no one has to go there

Can't beat the prices. Very reasonable. Good work too. We have been here a few times and we are always satisfied with their service. You can tell people trust this place because they always have lots of customers (always lots of cars) while OTHER car repair shops nearby are almost empty and they need to hire someone to wave posters to get customers to come. 🤣

We are very impressed with and grateful for these folks! My husband and I were in a pinch and needed a last-minute repair before shipping our car overseas. They were very understanding of our situation and, after a quick diagnosis, assessed they would be able to work us in. Little by little, despite their VERY packed schedule, they were able to work on our car between jobs. They kept us updated during the process, which helped ease our anxiety, and ultimately had the car repaired just in time for us to rush over to our shipping appointment. We were so impressed with their customer service, work ethic, and kind environment!

Saggu has very good mechanics and their prices are fair. One piece of advice is hire someone to answer the phone and make reservations. Offer you will call and the phone will ring and ring and ring and ring and no one will pick it up, which is bad. I have nothing but good things to say about these people and if you can get them to pick up the phone or if you just need to stop by and see them, which is what I think they prefer. It’s a great company to work with.

I have a Kia 2021. , with only 21,000 miles on it. I came in for a vehicle inspection, with the mechanic telling me that my back breaks, need to be changed. I have done Kia’s recommend maintenance, all three years. I returned to Kia and I grabbed the reports of my car, for the past 3 years. Coming to find that a few months prior, my breaks measured at 8mm for the left and 9mm for the right. They only reviewed my car, for 5 minutes as well. I was lied to. I see many reviews have rated this shop, as good reviews. On my part for what they did to me, they lied.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop. If you complain again after getting your car repaired, they will not listen. They provide absolutely terrible service. Anything that is too expensive is better than going here. Another shop!
