I came in for some work on my car. lonnie not only knew his trade but also found some issues that were unknown at the time. I left feeling confident in my visit to jiffy lube and will absolutely return .I was very please with their service and I even got to watch a cute squirrel be hand fed by lonnie.. it made my experience more memorable and I will be certain to recommend this location to my friends and family.!!! thanks guys!!!

I always have a good experience at this jiffy lube. 9 times out of 10 it’s about as fast as you can expect for an oil change. They always give good service and the customer service is outstanding. All the staff members are very kind and genuine even when they have a bunch of customers waiting in line. I have never had a negative experience with any of the employees and I come here every 3 months for an oil change. I trust their advice and know they aren’t trying to recommend car services that are not neeeded like Grease Monkey. Pricing is reasonable, especscially with coupons. They will always be competitive in trying to get you the best price. I appreciate their honesty and ability to answer any questions I have. They will not recommend something unless you absolutely need it! One time I had a check engine light and even though they were busy and finished with my oil change, they hooked it up to their machine and told me what the check engine light code I had on my car was for. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this specific Jiffy Lube in the future.

Isaac and his team at the Jiffy Lube on 104th in Kent were great to work with. I took my car in for an oil change, check my brakes and tire rotation. They found a screw in one tire and helped direct me to Les Schwab to get it repaired. They were very friendly, respectful and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Originally gave good review however notice today that there were oil leaks. Will need to return and see if they will correct it. Update: Came back to the location to have it checked out. There wasn’t a leakage but the tech did not clean the spillage from the undercarriage where the filter was causing the leftovers oil like leakage.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years now. I came in for an oil change and never have I ever seen a more unprofessional “employee”. I asked to be speak to a manager as I was concerned if this was even a real worker, Tyler (red shorts) told me he IS the manager. Find that very hard to believe…would’ve given higher rating for the other uniformed employees as they seemed very knowledgeable & extremely helpful.

Wyatt and Terrence are the BEST!!! I had a horrible experience yesterday with the Jiffy Lube on Washington Ave and I came here to get my lights fixed. Not only were they efficient, they were friendly, knowledgeable and showed much compassion for my bad experience that I had with the other location. Great service! Shout out to the manger Tyler, his no problem attitude really saved my mental health when my exhaust pipe disconnected. I called around and was told it can be an issue to find parts and brackets but he was kind and told me to come by and he will check it personally. His staff, special recognition to Chris and Issac, helped me understand what could have happed to create the issue in the first place. Overall 5 stars, I'm so glad these people were available and more than willing to help me through a very stressful and unexpected situation

I had an outstanding experience at the Jiffy Lube in Kent thanks to Tyler. From the moment I stepped out of my car, he immediately came over to help and made me feel taken care of right away. His attentiveness and initiative truly stood out. Tyler quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my car (which is a Mercedes 2018 granted) — the belt had come off and there some other issues — and he fixed it without hesitation. His knowledge and confidence were very reassuring, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Beyond his technical ability, Tyler was extremely friendly, professional, and approachable throughout the entire interaction.
