I went in to get a license plate screw. Just needed one but fully expected to have to buy the kit that contained the screws. An awesome young lady asked to help me and when I told her what I needed, she said “let’s walk out and look at your plate”. She went back in and got a tool and came back out and fixed it without me having to purchase a screw. Outstanding customer service!!

I didn't get the new female managers name. I asked for help and she had an attitude and blew her breathe. She didn't even try to resolve the problem. That's why I prefer O'Reilly's better. The only reason I came here because Autozone had the product I needed. I didn't even buy the product because of her poor customer service.

Came in with issues of my car not starting up and suspecting it was the battery. The first face I met was LANA, and she was exemplary, very personable and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I also got to see a little inside of the group dynamic of workers and managers there, and I am happy to say that I walked out proud. LANA was over and beyond helpful and I want to say thank you not only to her and the staff, but also the managers for setting the tone at the store.

His deep knowledge of the products and genuine willingness to assist sets a high standard within the team. Unfortunately, the current manager has shown little initiative in supporting staff or addressing customer concerns directly.
