These guys are great. Honest, caring and funny. They got me in and out in an urgent situation and never once said we're too busy to help. They maintained their focus on what I needed fixed and touched nothing other than what I asked. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but there really are needles in the haystack. I would give these guys 10 ⭐'s if I could. Very satisfied customer here and will gladly bring any of my vehicles back even in a non urgent time but if it is urgent I know I can count on them to give me quality work and nothing less in a pinch.

I really wanted to like this auto shop. Unfortunately, they did not communicate well. I went to pick my car up and someone who works there broke my center console latch. They left it broken and in pieces. My center console now does not close. Is it something my husband can probably fix? Sure. But that takes time. I would have been understanding if they contacted me and let me know it was an accident and offered to fix it. Heck, they could've even fixed it and not even told me about it! Instead, they let me discover it upon pickup. The best part? It was a Friday at 5:30 so nobody to even contact about it. Very disappointed in the service/experience. Never have I taken my vehicle somewhere for it to be returned in worse condition. I wouldn't know about their mechanical work. I got a diagnostic and a tire patched. That seemed to be fine. But the whole broken piece of my car has left a sour taste in my mouth and I don't plan to return for further work that was recommended. Also, they don't do appointments. They just expect you to drop off your car and they'll get to it when they get to it.

Same day diagnosis and service on short notice! My son’s car developed an engine rattle that was previously diagnosed with a worn rod bearing at another auto shop. I was skeptical since there was no vibrations or knocking and it’s a Camry with only 130k miles. I brought his car to Integrity Auto and they diagnosed worn bearings in the water pump. They replaced the water pump the same day and my son’s got his car back. Also, they are well priced for their service.

Great place to go to get the right thing repaired. I had a recent A/C repair done by a local Dealer which failed shortly after the repair. I took my car to Integrity who quickly discovered the Dealer repair had not been completed properly. They corrected things at a reasonable price compared to the Dealer, and I am now on the road again with cold A/C.

Their name integrity is the opposite of the service they render. A very bad experience for me and never will I deal with them again. They were never honest and was not able to fix my car problems but took all my money and they wanted me to keep coming back again and again with the same problem that they could never fix. Very disappointing and bad customer service. Simply unacceptable. I felt totally cheated.

They were really nice but.... I brought my truck in for a "dieseling" problem and a loud "PING" when shifting gears. They did a diagnostic check. They told me that the "dieseling" was not a timing issue and that I need to find somebody who knows how to work on the carburetor. They said they couldn't find a cause to the "PING" noise. Nothing on the truck was maintenanced and no parts were replaced. They essentially did a diagnostic check. I paid $161.88... They were very respectful and kind. It's just the price was a little bit expensive, and my truck is not fixed.

The receptionist was kind, the turn around was very fast, and the technician and owner(?) were also very kind when I ended up speaking to them as well. They seemed very concerned about my issues and took the time to explain things to me and didn't treat me like an idiot even though I'm a lady. The work I received was very competitive in price to what I would have paid if I had taken it elsewhere, and overall I was extremely happy with my experience. I went to them in the first place because they were recommended by my close friend, and I will also be recommending them to anyone who asks me where to take their car in for repairs. I will definitely come the 40 minute trip to them again when I need further work done in the future.
