I wanted to start off by just acknowledging Patrick on Houston Lake Rd., AutoZone for being so professional and helpful. I came to AutoZone 10 minutes or so before they close because my mom‘s battery had went dead at props, and I walked in and just asked, is there anybody here who can jump my mom Off her battery’s dead. And Patrick was more than helpful. He didn’t hesitate to Assist me. He came over to Props parking lot with me and jump my mother off and we followed him back to AutoZone to get a battery. Not only did he talk to us about the batteries. and give us recommendations. He also put the battery in for my mom, even though they were good and ready to close. He made sure my mom was good and her car was up and running before he went back in the store to lock up. This young man definitely deserves a raise and some recognition because most kids his age wouldn’t even stop to Try to assist or help. If I ever have any car need or just assistance I will definitely be going to visit Patrick in the future at South Houston Lake Road location. Keep up the good work Patrick we really appreciate your kindness. And all of your help!!

I came in the store and a guy that goes by the name Tristan, smelled absolutely horrible. I have never smelt something so bad. I could not continue shopping due to the continuous stench being wafted in my face. I’m unsure of the circumstances, but it needs to be taken care of. As long as he is working, I will not be coming back.

I was having issues with my vehicle, and I can't figure out what's going on. And so employees was actually very helpful and helped me figure out exactly what was wrong with my car. And normally, when I'm in there, he helps me out a lot. And to be clearly honest. Tristan is one of the best stored employees I have ever seen. I've been to other autozone retailers around the area , and none of the employees were as helpful as he is

I want to begin by saying that you never know who God will place in your path during challenging moments. Today, my brakes failed while I had my two children in the car, which was a frightening experience. I pulled into AutoZone and explained my situation to Opie and Brandi. They were both extremely professional, compassionate, and helpful. After purchasing brake pads, I walked back to my car, unsure of what to do next. Brandi came outside, assessed the situation, and said, “I can’t let you leave like this, you have no brake pads.” She immediately contacted her mechanic friend, Chris, who arrived promptly to assist. I am sincerely grateful for Opie, Brandi, and Chris. Their kindness, quick action, and willingness to help ensured my children and I made it home safely. Their exceptional customer service and genuine care truly reflect the best of AutoZone. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of quality service and compassionate assistance.

I would like to say that whenever I need a part for my vehicle this location is my #1 choice, not only bc they can always provide exactly what I am seeking for my SUV but due to the excellent customer service that Mr. Brandon provides. It's like being greeted at Chick Fil A, lol!! I love his energy and assistance putting that dang low beam headlight in for the 20th time! Kindness and professionalism means a lot!!

I highly recommend asking for Opie. He was so great to me. He fixed my new car up in no time, tested my car battery and alternator for free, installed the best new battery, cleaned my corroded terminals with his own water bottle, checked my turn signals and brake lights, and then applied quality anti-corrosion spray on the cleaned parts. He told me whenever he sees young people walk in he try’s to take care of them because they remind him of his daughter, who is a teacher. I am an aspiring teacher so it was just a cool experience talking with him. Thank you Opie for fixing my new car and doing things even though you don’t have too. You really went the extra mile and it really means a lot. I appreciate it!

I had an emergency problem with a coolant issue on Saturday leaving my vehicle undrivable and me stranded and I had to leave my vehicle 26 miles from home and have hubby come rescue me!!! then come back the next day which was my only day off & my husband‘s (aka my mechanic lol) only day off also. I have a 2015 Chevy pickup And you have to get very specific parts or they will not work! I went to five different parts stores all over Warner Robbins, Byron, Ft Valley for a total of about six hours! We could not find this part anywhere! I was tired, frustrated and hangry and taking it out on my POOR husband!! Who was also not having the best time of his life and had busted 7 of 10 knuckles already cuz nothing breaks in easily accessible areas?!?! We finally ended up just before dark at AutoZone on Houston Lake Road And there was a gentleman named Jeffrey M. Aka Bad Mamma Jamma aka Mr Get er done!!! Who was working the sales counter! Every other store we’d been to told us no one would have that part that it had to be Ordered and 1 place was even kind enough to sell us a part they knew would not work BUT… Jeffrey went above and beyond, and then some, and My Man managed to find 1 part in a box that said NOPE. This won’t work, not for Chevy, don’t even try it!!! that fixed the problem, and even though it said it would not work on the box, on the Internet, and everywhere else Jeffrey took the time& compared it, measured it, googled and Chat GPT’d it…did everything he could to make sure we were able to not only fix my truck, but that I would get home safe and was a PERMANENT fix!!! Unlike the other sales people at the other auto parts stores (we won’t say names 🍀. and 🏁) This guy genuinely wanted to help us. I cannot be more grateful for him. He deserves a metal. A Cape!!! and a RAISE (if his boss reads this ha ha ha ha ha ha 😉😉) Jeffrey thank you so much. For not just doing a job but for caring enough to care!!! You are the man.!!!!!!

Thanks for the excellent service! I came in for a battery. I called beforehand, and got a quote and Joseph. He was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the store, Opie checked/tested my battery & discovered a loose terminal, so I didn't need a new battery afterall. While I was there, I bought Wipers, and Tristian automatically istalled them without even asking about it. Great service from this team. Thanks!
