WORST & most RUDE service I have EVER received. This experience just reminded me why I NEVER get service anywhere but Firestone. I had no choice but to get a battery from here after being stranded for 4 hrs, but I wouldn't recommend anyone after how rude my cashier was to me. E. Bridwell needs another job if this isbhow he handles customers. I WILL NEVER, EVER SPEND ANOTHER HARD-EARNED dollar here. I am so upset.

Auto zone on Ashville highway is not the place to go. I went at 8 am . The only costumer in the store. I had to wait. That was understandable. But while I am waiting I should not have had to listen to an employee say f___ this and f___ that and G__ d__ this and g__ d that. Don't know who he was and couldn't see him but sure could hear him. Herd enough to know he use to work for Sears. Wonder why he no longer works there. Sure won't be going back to the Ashville highway location.

Came in last minute while in a road trip to pick up some muffler repair and although the one product I had wanted to purchase was not available was informed that it would have to be gotten at the dealership and that process. Staff was helpful and attentive In responding to my questions abs inquiries abs although right at closing did everything they could to help me get what I needed to rectify the problem and ensure that I knew what I was doing. Would certainly recommend abs return

My family member came here to get a battery, asked about free installation, they said no problem. When she went out to her car their “mobile tech” was there to install in and wanted to charge her $85 for the install. She mentioned that she was told it was installed at no cost, and then the employee who checked her out (who was sitting in his car) was told by the “mobile tech” that he owed him $85. Sounds pretty much like a scam. Called today, asked again about the free installation, they confirmed. Then when I told them what happened, along with names, descriptions, time and the receipt they wanted to pretend it never happened. Don’t try and take advantage or people. I’m sure it was a “Let’s work one over on this female who’s in need, she won’t know any better..” Would never ever recommend.

Probably overall a decent AutoZone but my experiences have not been very good also I would not suggest to buy any kind of battery from this place or any AutoZone I guess I can see why they do such deals on their batteries I bought a brand new Dara gold batteries they told me it had a 3-year warranty and that it was a pretty good battery I've had it less than a year and it's already bad I took it back he tried to say it was probably bad from the manufacturer they occasionally will get a bad one here and there they can tell me that they know the battery came from there one of the ladies told me that she even remembered the battery and selling it to me and stuff but they informed me because I didn't have my receipt still and because I didn't put it on my phone number they could not replace it and they want me to buy a brand new one if I was you I would buy a battery anywhere else I went to Sam's got the same battery half the price and I've never had trouble with a Sam's battery

Honestly pretty disappointed. Was told that they would change the battery for me, get there and pay for it and they tell me that they can’t. I would understand more, if they would have said it was something they couldn’t do but just seems like she didn’t want to do it. Not good customer service.
