Bad service!!! AVSC Kent Couldn't wire my new lights in my car,blinkers only work for one day., brought the car back for them to look at , I left there without them solving the problem! now I got issues with lights not working properly telling me they need a day w/ my car Wich I don't have the time for that so I'm supposed to loose work and money because of their lack of professionalism.it should it been done correctly the first time.

I parked in AVS Calibration’s lot for less than 10 minutes to quickly drop off paperwork across the street—not realizing it was private. The lot was wide open, yet they still called a tow truck almost immediately (Lynn's Towing-which is conveniently a mile away). It felt unnecessary and petty, like they were just looking for a reason to punish people. There's a difference between enforcing rules and being vindictive for the sake of it. I’d never do business with a company that treats people this way. Just be warned: they’re watching and waiting to tow, even if you're there for only a moment.

AVS Calibration in Kent is absolutely top-notch. I recently used them to program the radar system on a Dodge Durango, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Their knowledge of ADAS systems is next level, and you can tell they truly specialize in this work. Megan was amazing to work with. She was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and everything was handled quickly and accurately. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical excellence with outstanding customer service, but AVS Calibration does exactly that. If you need ADAS programming or calibration done right the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend AVS Calibration and especially Megan for taking such great care of us.
