DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Very poor customer service and rude managers. Ordered part was in stock then I get a message saying not available! They will blame you and ebay for there incomitance. Ordered part they took my money then sent me email saying wasn't in stock and they are holding my funds . RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPNAY AT ALL COSTS!!! AWD Motorsports, I just want to say thank you for being disrespectful and rude over the phone while trying to find out why I hadn't received a refund on the product I paid $30 to ship back to you. Accusing me of returning a "used" product when all I did was open the packaging to inspect for defects and confirm they were the correct parts. Real class act guys. What is someone supposed to do if they receive a product that does in fact have a defect after opening the package? Will you accuse them of returning a used product or accuse them of damaging the part on their own? Are those individuals out the money they spent at your establishment? 👎🏼👎🏼 from me. *edit* confirmed through a yelp review that a customer had in fact received a defective part and was told to that it wasn't their problem and that it was the manufacturers problem. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

What a piece of crap business. They ship parts I never ordered. Then they canceled my order and used the excuse that the price on internet was a mistake. If you want to speak to the owner he is never around and the store manager is as useful as a box of rocks. I would rather deal with Manny ,Moe, & Jack at least you know you are getting screwed when you walk through the door.

Writing for a friend... who had ordered a part months ago from this company and later found the exact same thing over $150 less somewhere else. he tried to return a few days after the order but could not (final sale) even though website say you can on a case by case basis.. They decide of they want to scam you or not on a case by case basis.. Stay away.. what a greedy dishonest company, not giving value and preying on unknowing customers..

Supremely satisfied with service received when I bought the downpipe. I chose to purchase the remaining parts of exhaust system, though them. Shawn, Dan and the rest of the team are super fast. Placed the exhaust order somewhat late in the day on Monday. Got a voicemail asking me me to stop by their store Thursday morning. Thanks again for the awesome service guys!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ITS FAKE!!! I ordered a part 2 weeks ago. Go the confirmation. The received a tracking number. The tracking number still says it hasn't gone out to the post office. I have sent 3 emails with no reply. Called every phone number with no answer, and messaged on Facebook with no answer. My part still isn't here. I have to way to contact this company. This company HAS to be fake. I will be disputing the charge with PayPal and the BBB if not contacted in 24 hours. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ITS FAKE.

This company has the worst employees. After calling ahead of time to ensure the part would fit properly, I placed the order. The order was cancelled the next day, when I called to ask about it they said the part was discontinued. When I asked if they could make it right they offered me a different part $50 more than the part I tried to order and acted like the free shipping (already part of the online deal) was all they needed to offer. When I didn't like the offer the employee hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor the only explanation was that "employees should not act like that." Nothing further was offered. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, glad they didn't get any of my money!

I should have checked reviews before ordering from this company and it's clear now why they are rated well below the standard. Very calmly I called this company and mentioned I wasn't aware of the duty charges of $125. The owner Shaun said to me (his first time customer who owns a performance shop btw) says that "it's common sense" that I should have known there would have been over $120 extra in "surprise" duty charges when receiving the order at my door, signifying that his customers have no common sense and then continued to say "that's the way it is" and no I can't return it without paying for shipping because I'm the one who requested the shipping, yes that was his reason. The point is that I would have added to the order or been able to make a better financial decesion based on if this company was transparent which they were not. No Shaun, it's actually common sense to mention very clearly on your website order form process and receipt that there may be additional charges when ordering out of country depending on what is ordered, size, weight etc and not to assume that they custom knows anything. This Shaun claims to be the owner. Clearly he cares about his customers Really? His orders could be 10 x if he wasn't such a chump. Which would turn into 10 x repeat business + referrals, not from me or my large network. And don't let them say something like "we reviewed the orders in our system and no one by your name matches in our system" BS as I've attached my order with out any mention of duty or customs. Many things ordered from the US to Canada have no duty charges or include them or are at least disclosed upon making the order, I don't like sneaky companies and you shouldn't either. Beware of other hidden charges. undermining innocent inquiries from customers. He could have been professional or at least have common decency to have a proper conversation about it Will never order again.

Excellent customer service! We have ordered from this company multiple times, most recently on October 2022. We have always had excellent customer service. Most recently an order was put in and we ordered the wrong part for our model car. The company has you send VIN when ordering and the gentleman emailed/texted to let us know that the part did not match and to get the right part ordered. Then when I was placing the new ordered I failed to hit the final button for submission/payment and the gentleman texted the next morning to let me know he had not gotten the order. Excellent customer service.
