Over the past several months I’ve had lots of work done on my 2001 Silverado. Baez auto care has always done excellent work and I was usually in and out in one day. They use quality parts and I’ve never had a problem with any of the work they have done. Ramone and his father are very professional and will call you ahead of time with any additional problems they find with your vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any car or truck repairs.

I've been going to Baez Auto Care for a couple of years with my '07 BMW and '08 Wrangler (mostly the Jeep). Ramon has always looked out for me and is beyond reasonably priced. If he doesn't know something, he won't pretend he does and try to fix it just to make a dollar. He's genuinely concerned about his customers, he communicates well and does his best to get the job done right the first time (can't blame him if a part turn out faulty). I'm truly grateful for him and his team, especially for being so kind and understanding towards me, with my millions of questions and being so particular about my vehicles.

I have a 1998 Toyota Sienna van that is a vehicle I need for very utilitarian purposes. Being an older vehicle my van finally needed a lot of front end work in order to drive safely. After reading excellent reviews on both Google and my Nextdoor app I decided to get this work done at Baez Auto Care. This was absolutely the right decision! As other reviewers have stated the Baez father/son team are very knowledgeable and experienced and did excellent work on my older vehicle. They use new replacement parts and do their best to charge a reasonable price for their work. My vehicle is driving well and I feel very reassured that it now drives safely. Mr. Baez and his son Ramon also communicate well and have excellent videos they email which explains the work they are doing. I am so pleased that I am returning this week to have more work done on my vehicle. It is indeed a good feeling to know that your vehicle is being cared for properly - especially my older vehicle which I really need!

Went to this place in desperate need of an oil change, all the other places nearby us wouldn't answer my calls nor call me back. But these people answered, got me in less than an hour after I called, and worked super fast. For a full oil change it was even less than what I usually pay! The team there was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had, even let us sit in their office while we waited. Got us in and out in under an hour! They might become my new mechanic if they keep being so reliable.

My respects to this team. They fixed a poor job I received at Mavis Tires near the Walmart in Hillsborough. Thank God I didn't have an accident. Because of poor work at (the Mavis shop), they put a tire on me and didn't tighten the lug nuts, and this comment could have been a different story. Thank you, Mr. Raúl and Ramón. I wasn't able to get an appointment with the mechanic I usually use so I called a couple places until I found one that could fit me in the next day. I talked to Raul (the owner) and he told me that he had a full schedule the next day but he would squeeze me in. They diagnosed and resolved my issue in a couple hours. Raul and his son Ramon (a master mechanic) are super knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and reasonably priced. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

I don't even know where to begin to review Baez Auto Care. I had an unexpected issue with my car this morning, so I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to have them scan the code. It was an issue that needed fixing immediately, and I was 2.5 hours from home. O'Reilly gave me their recommendation, and from the moment I walked into Baez Auto Care until I left, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I thought I was going to have to leave my vehicle and get a rental car, but they fixed it for me in less than 2 hours! I talked with the owner while my car was being repaired and found him to be so authentic. I can't say enough about this business - great mechanics, very professional, and so accommodating. I know I would have waited a couple of week had I gone to a dealership. Thank you, Ramon, for your help and EXCELLENT customer service! I hope I don't need you again in the near future, but you better believe I'm heading your way if I ever have a car problem again!
