Had a couple shops look at my h3 to diagnose why my hvac blower motor wasn’t working. None of which charged a lot and still could not figure it out. One day at banes and not only was it fixed but labor rates where very affordable

My son's vehicle died on the road and we had it towed to Bane's. Rachel, the CSR told me it would be a few days before they could look at it, but when they did, they were honest and didn't try to bilk me. They actually referred me to a much less expensive shop which specializes in the repair we needed and we got the car back on the road costing MUCH less than I expected. The most impressive part in working with Bane's -- they didn't charge me a dime for their diagnosis. A++ guys!

Changed my oil filter in no time, was super nice, quick, and reasonably priced despite being backed up. Secretary and the mechanic were both superb and John even rode with me to listen to the engine knock problem without charge and without an appointment!

I had follow up calls daily and kept me in the loop for my truck! I had to have major repairs to my steering and suspension etc The parts ordered were very fairly priced and so was the service.
