I had an incident with Lowers trying to load a ladder in my Lincoln. They ripped my passenger seat pretty badly. My husband took my car here to get an estimate. Since my car is a Lincoln, the leather was special order. Communication was great and after getting an insurance check from Lowes, the upholstery was ordered right away. As soon as it came in, we scheduled to replace the upholstery. Within less than 24 hours, the job was done and you would never know that there was a rip. Highly recommend.
