I was referred to JM Dent by a very satisfied customer. I only had one dent in my car but due to the location, it was extremely noticeable. The owner greeted me, listened to my needs and after assessing the damage, he was able to immediately remove the dent and was able to improve the small paint repair that had been made by the previous owner. So very happy with the work that was done and will go back anytime the need arises. I highly recommend this business. Great people - great service!

Came in for an insurance claim dent repair (very small dent), I assumed it’d be a little more tedious and time consuming. I came from out of town. Owner pulled in the car, and had the dent repaired within a timely manner. Receptionist was very communicative, and understanding of the situation, made things super easy. UPDATE: Jim reached out to me, apologized for the communication issues, and took care of the buffer marks. I took my truck into the shop and he worked on it himself. I told him I'd be happy to change my review to 5 stars, and he encouraged me to wait to make sure I was happy with the work once I saw it in the sunlight again. I got the impression that he really stands by his work and would be willing to do whatever it took to give me 5 star service. I appreciate it greatly and will return if I need any dents repaired in the future. I went to JM Dent Repair a few months back and was at first really happy with the work I received. The price was nearly 1/3 of what other places quoted me, and JM did a great job removing the dents. I drove home pretty happy and didn't think much more of it. However, a few weeks down the road, I was walking toward my truck and when the sun was hitting it, I noticed some really prominent marks all over the door panel they worked on. After doing some research, they appear to be buffer trails that I have not been able to get out. When the sun is shining on that side of the truck, it is extremely noticeable. I did call a couple of weeks after that but did not receive a call back, and then followed up with an email down the road. I was busy with work, family, etc. and wasn't going to demand anything months after it happened (I figured I should have caught it sooner and been more proactive about reaching out), but I did send some pics to try to find out what happened and see if anything could be done to remove them. I was disappointed, however, to not hear anything back at all, and I am now stuck with these marks all over the door panel. Again, the dent removal itself was great, but these marks bother me just as much as the dents did.

JM Dent Repair pulled a dent out of our Solo Stove a few years ago. My son blasted a soccer ball into the side of it and the resulting dent was big. I had asked around at several body shops to no avail, but we noticed their sign saying “dent repair” while driving around and are glad we stopped there. JM Dent Repair was able to pull the dent out so well that it is hard to even find the marks from that incident anymore. We still enjoy the nice-looking fire pit and the boy still plays a lot of soccer - he just finds a bigger field now. Thanks very much!

Stopped by JM Dent repair after a deer had ran into the side of a 2015 f250 that I had just purchased. The guys said they could do it and it was half of what the body shop estimate was. Dropped it off the next day and picked it up at the end of the day and the dent was completely gone. Great guys to work with , will return if needed again.

My wife and I brought Jim our 5 month old 2018 Honda Civic which had a run in with a shopping cart. The shopping cart hit so hard that it created a 10 inch dent on the front passenger door panel. Jim is so good at what he does that you cant even tell there was a dent in the car what so ever. We both are so impressed by his work, and not only the work, the customer service is phenomenal from everyone at JM Dent Repair. They care more about their customers than 99.9% of businesses out there. It was a great experience and they took the frustration out of our situation. I will be telling everyone I know about Jim and his team. Thanks again guys, my wife and I appreciate everything! ***UPDATE*** 1 year later and I still cannot tell there was ever a dent in the car. It still looks brand new and absolutely zero paint issues, still as shiny and scratch free as day 1. Luckily I have not had any issues with any new dents on my vehicles since but I do know that if I ever do, Jim and his guys will be there to do quality LASTING work.

Let me start out by saying what a phenomenal business this is. I received a phone call from them after what I thought I had scheduled a dent repair with someone else through a dealership and she said oh I am sorry and we went through what happened to me and she explained everything stated the warranty dispatched my claim to them, so pretty much I was set up to pay out of pocket in the parking lot of Honda....instead of going through my warranty! So I praise this company for saving me and shame on a dealership for trying to take advantage! 100% satisfied and they will get all my work!!!! Thanks Jim and staff for amazing work ethic and amazing customer service!
