A friend of mine told me to go see Rod Crain at Mike Raisor Used Center in Lafayette, IN. I am so glad I did. After, talking to Rod, I discovered I use to work with his wife. Rod was very helpful, he listened to me, did not try and pressure me into anything I did not want. We sat in the vehicle together and he showed me lots of features. My husband went to look at the car the following day and Rod spent the same amount of time with him as he did me. Which was much appreciated. I made the purchased of my new car. Rod assisted me with getting the highest amount for my trade-in compared to other dealers in town. The Raisor Group is not only interested in selling you a vehicle but they are interested in providing you service after the sale. Again, that is much appreciated. I will continue to give Rod's name out to my family and friends. Kristin helped me with setting up the financing of my new car and she was a great support.

Our salesman Derek Riley was fantastic. He explained the features on the Flex and the options available and then went out and found the model with the color and options we wanted. This is my wife's car and she is thrilled with it. She told me this is her favorite vehicle of all the vehicles we have owned. We are both very pleased with the ride of the Flex and how quiet the cabin is. We were able to take advantage of some great rebates and Ford's lease program. Dan in the business office made the paperwork go smooth and quick, just the way I like it. Raisor Ford is lucky to have such good people like Derek and Dan. We had a wonderful experience with Jay Mason. He was very professional and really cared about making sure we had the vehicle we wanted. Jay had a bit of bad luck when we went to close the deal. The entire computer system went down which brought everything to a halt. Now was his biggest challenge. How do you keep customers that drove two hours one way happy as they sit and wait for the computer issue to be resolved. Well there just wasn't anything that could be done but keep us informed. Unfortunately we had to leave without the deal being completed. But we were able to go back over 2 days later to finalize everything. This was our first experience with this dealership and we want everyone to know it was worth the drive. We have told everyone that if they want to be treated right and find some really nice cars/trucks they need to go see Jay and Mike Raisor's. Thank you Jay!

We had a great experience. We had been looking for a specific vehicle for a while and finally found it here. I emailed the dealership about the car and they were very fast to reply and set up a test drive. Once we got there everyone was very nice! Our salesman(Erik Hoffman) was the absolute best. This is our 2nd purchase from Mike Raisor. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Jamie Martin, our sales consultant, really listened to what I needed in a car and was extremely helpful in explaining the available features. He was also extremely prompt in returning all phone and email contacts I made with him. He let me have all the time I needed to make the decision; he was never pushy in ANY way. We got a very good deal on our trade in and the paperwork with title, etc. went by very quickly yet they explained everything extremely well. I had a very positive experience with the pre-owned sales group at Mike Raisor. My sales representative Josh Oliver was considerate and patient, answered my questions, and if he didn't know the answer asked someone who did. Everyone was genuinely concerned with our needs. I like their no haggle policy, and the fact that in the case of my vehicle the price was at the low end of the Kelly Blue Book value range. They will be my first stop for any future car purchases.

Sadly, Mike Raisor sold the dealership before he passed away. The Raisor motto was "The service minded dealer". Now the perks we used to get are gone. No loaner car offered when you bring your car in for service and they don't wash the car before you pick it up either. To me the dealership is now just average. My 2014 review was five stars and read as follows: This was our third purchase from Mike Raisor Imports and our fourth purchase overall from the Mike Raisor Group. The most recent purchase is a 2015 MB GLA. Neal Dossett was extermely helpful through the whole process. He helped me find the options I wanted in a car that was just leaving the factory in Germany. He kept me informed through the shipping and delivery process, and sent me a photo of the car on the transporter when it arrived in Lafayette which was a nice extra touch.

I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from Mike Raisor. Going in I was interested in a newer Escape, but when I came in the person I was suppose to be working with was not there and had no idea I had an appointment. I was nervous to even consider continuing my search with them. So, they introduced me to Jay Mason and he was great! He informed me the Escape I originally inquired about was recently purchased so I was pretty bummed when I heard that. He asked what my price range was and found me a couple of SUV's in my budget. Thankfully, there was an Ford Escape still available that looked the exact same as the original one, so I was relieved. I gave it a test drive that same evening and knew I was sold. It ran smoothly and I couldn't have been happier! Working with the staff at Mike Raisor, especially Jay, was a great experience. They helped me get a payment in the range I was looking for, even with the purchase of an extended warranty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience when wanting to purchase a used car! I will definitely be referring not only Jay, but the entire staff to everyone I know! I worked with Andrew Welsh to find a late model, lower mileage used truck. He was knowledgable about all makes in the truck market, in addition to Ford. Andrew was great to work with. He was really helpful, no pressure and cared about finding a vehicle that I was really happy with vs just selling me a truck. I stopped into Mike Raisor's service center to fill my tire that was registered low on my Digital dashboard on my 2017 FIAT 500C. The Cust rep told me I ran over a nail in the road, and so I was very surprised. He gave me an estimate for replacement tires and warned me that I can drive it for just a bit more, but I need to replace the tires. He filled it with air. I Left but returned in 5 days to pay him for two SAME brand new tires. MR's does not sell FIATs so I was completely honored and walked away with a happy response "You are welcome here anytime!" I replied, "Thanks and I will be back!"

We traded in our gas guzzling Ford Edge for a much more fuel efficient Used VW Golf to get back to see family without spending a fortune. Our little Golf has proved to be the perfect fit and saves us tons of money. The entire purchasing process was a breeze and Shad and Dawn were extremely helpful, laid back and fun to work with. There wasn't a trace of pressure that you normally feel during a car sale and it was actually really entertaining. Although we did have a few hiccups with our car after the sale was completed; Shad, Dawn and Terry all kindly went out of their way to make sure that everything was resolved and we came away from this as very happy customers. I hope that the owner(s) of Raisor Auto Group sees this review and is/are aware of what great assets they have in Shad, Dawn and Terry.
