i have been restoring a '72 triumph trident 750 and didn't want to tackle the jigsaw puzzle that my front forks looked to be as it required special tools that i didn't have and under it all, a great big set of springs. mike worked through it for me and went above and beyond to make it work. without their expertise, my project would not be on the road today...maybe tomorrow, but definitely not today. great staff all around. thanks guys!

These guys are AWESOME! They resuscitated my '93 Isuzu Trooper with 172k miles after a 4 year hibernation, and it passed smog without even GTP fuel additive. I can't say they made it look as sporty as an Alpha, but it now runs like new!

Finally acquired my dream — a 1965 Falcon Ranchero. I chose Barber Shop Automotive because I’d read good things about the work done be there. I was hoping they could recommend a shop where I could take my ‘Chero. To my surprise, Frank said THEY could fix it and would be happy to do it. Sonny and Frank treated me like an old friend and assured me they could rebuild my carb, and they were honored to have my baby’s carcentrusted to them. When they called the next day to tell me it was finished, I was surprised and delighted. The cost was less than I expected, plus they adjusted my brakes after test-driving it, and suggested the next couple days f things I could do to the car. Now my baby runs like a dream with no more gasoline smell, and I have no doubt where I’m taking my car whenever I need any work done from now on! Thanks, guys!

These guys are amazing. There I was, parked illegally and standing in the pouring rain on 18th St, when my car wouldn't start. Panicked, I ran over to Barber's and Sonny came to my rescue! He had a charge box (I think that's what he called it), which got it going for a minute, but ultimately he ended up replacing the negative charge cable so he could get the battery to keep a charge again. Sonny is now my hero and a pillar of good customer service. Thank you, Sonny! I will tell everyone I know in Sacramento how awesome you guys are!

As a new owner of an Alfa Romeo, I'm really grateful for the warm welcome by both Frank and Sunny to the local car community. I brought my GTV in for service to address a laundry list of issues after purchasing it in a private sale. The guys addressed the bigger problems, did a full fluid service and we made a plan for me to come back and deal with the next round of issues when it was convenient for me. I see no reason to take my Alfa anywhere else as the service, expertise and skill are top notch at Barber's. Here's to more horsepower and smiles down the road. 10 stars. Cheers.
