My experience with what I would call a trespasser on my property looking at my vehicle. At 1:40 am we (my ex husband and I) heard a vehicle pass by on numerous occasions then to hear one slowly come by then stop and one exited the tow truck to enter into a gated yard. As he was approached blinded by flashlight and his buddy trying to warn with a whistle, he proceeded to say he had orders on my truck... My truck has been paid in full with title in my possession for almost 2 years.. Its not safe to enter on property under an assumption and mess with my truck.. They are nothing but legally paid thieves that can be known as an intruder to all 5 of my dogs.

STAY AWAY!!! My experience with the staff of this business was so grossly unsatisfying that it’s prompted me to leave the first negative review for a business in my life. I sat silently on a conference call while my sister called in to inquire about picking up her vehicle which was towed earlier in the day. When asking for an explanation of the quoted charges, the woman who answered the phone refused to provide one just saying “that’s what it is”. When I tried to speak up to clarify our request so we could more thoroughly understand the charges, she immediately began screaming and even cursing at me. She called me a liar (???) and when I requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times, I was ignored. No business which operates in this manner should be allowed to continue to run. If the owners are as nice of people as their friends’ say when they leave them fake business reviews, they should be appalled at the behavior of their staff and take action to repair their dwindling reputation before it’s too late.

Wrongful repossession in the first place (understandably the banks fault). Very rude. Tore my motorcycles seat and denied the damage's. Couldn’t get my bike back unless I signed a form saying they didn’t do any damage even though I showed them the damage they did and have video and picture proof. The bank and this company will both be hearing from my lawyer soon.

I really don't know where to begin.... Seemed nice and professional at first. This company came on our family property and towed one of my vehicles. Took appropriate information to retrieve my truck on a Tuesday. Was told that they would call me back the next day. Lady told an complete Lie! Said she had called me within hours of my leaving. Stating that she had left voicemail and such! Lie! So instead of paying a lower amount my fee was double! Also she couldn't give me the name of the company who was actually storing my truck, asked to have her manager call me, who didn't think it was important enough to do so! Incidentally I wasn't able to get my truck until Friday! What a scam! You have people who don't care about their property and leave it to be auctioned off! I'm not one of those people! Simple! They want to keep your belongings to charge ridiculous amounts.. hoping you can't afford to get them back! Who should have never stole my property in the first place. If I could give double 00's I would! Terrible conniving underhanded so called company!

Always sucks to have your car towed away but I will say the gentleman that did so, was extremely polite. I had left my wallet in the car by mistake and the woman at the desk was also very informative when I came in to retrieve it, and not a single dollar was missing. Like I said, always sucks when someone has to come tow your vehicle but at least they were super nice about it.

Very unprofessional and liars! Went to pick up my vehicle and my driver's window was cracked all the way across. When my husband and asked about it, the woman said that's how my truck was when they towed it into their yard, which is a lie. Upon further inspection of the inside of my vehicle, someone had gotten in the backseat and crushed a Styrofoam drink cup (that belonged to me) and had my floorboard covered in drink. I had no gas, and my drivers seat and steering wheel were in different positions than when it left (seat higher up, which doesn't make sense, the tow truck driver was a tall man) I have filed a complaint and hopefully can get reimbursed, although that doesn't seem promising. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS IN THIS TOW YARD GET IT OUT ASAP!!!

These people towed my car. When I picked it up all of a sudden my key fob didn’t work and then when I left my turn signal stopped working. The music in my car was up loud.
