Rather straightforward repair and Bell Lexus N. Scottsdale failed miserably on all the key deliverables: Timing: 4 days to complete 3 hrs work. Quality: blatent misdiagnosement on a number of items. Communication: go between service advisor functioned as added inefficiency. Price: you know what your in for at a dealership on this front...ridiculous.

I had an HVAC issue with my Lexus GS350 that no mechanic would take on and a friend suggested taking it to the dealership to see what they could do. I first spoke to Adam Sterpka on the phone and then met him in person at the service department. From the very beginning he was honest, friendly, and efficient with my time and issue. After we found out what the problem was, Adam went lengths to get me the best possible price for the repair. I truly felt taken care of in a special way. This dealership is overrated. While the service people who take the car in are very professional, there are really bad people in the back "fixing" the car. After my car mysteriously broke 3 months after the warranty expired, it cost us $6500. Just 1 day after bringing the car home from the service department, another issue arose and that cost $2000. Then 2 days after bringing that repair home, another issue came up and they asked for $400 to repair that. I ended up fixing that last issue for $0. After not bringing the car for service for the last issue, their salesperson called me and asked if I wanted to trade in my car for a new Lexus. Why would I trade in my car that I just spent $8000 fixing at this dealership. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Watch out here.

I just picked up my RX350 from the service department, and I HIGHLY recommend getting your Lexus serviced at this dealership. My service writer, Eric Murphy, was absolutely fantastic to work with. In fact visiting this dealership is an absolute joy. Every single employee I walked near addressed me first with a "Hello, can I help you?" If you say yes, they immediately stop what they are doing and personally walk you to exactly where you want to go whether it is Parts, Service, one of the sales people, restroom whatever...So nice. Excellent customer service. My Lexus was in service for a several days due to an issue with a separate extended warranty company. Eric Murphy helped me work with the warranty company multiple times while my Lexus was in service. He kept me posted each time he spoke with the warranty company. Eric suggested a few maintenance services that could be easily performed while the other warranty services were being performed. This saved me 100's of dollars than if these services were perform alone. Such great suggestions. I own two Lexus RX350's and they will always be serviced at Bell Lexus.
