The people working there were very nice and professional. The waiting area was clean and uncluttered. The bathroom was clean. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Frank Lloyd Wright! They had a full team to take care of my Ford Explorer from start to finish and get me in and out in no time. The staff was thorough and courteous and provided an explanation of the work that was being done and why. I felt fully confident that I was getting good service from a OK knowledgeable staff. While I had been going to the dealer to have my oil serviced prior, I’ll now be coming to Jiffy Lube for all oil change needs. Great team, great location, great company.

Although I thought the time I spent waiting for my car to finally pull-up to the Oil Change docking station was a bit long, once the vehicle docked, the process was fast. What made the experience more enjoyable was the kindness and fun-ness (if that's a word) of the Floor Manager while I was waiting!!! He is just happy and fun and very kind! This is my 2nd time there and I will return! So this is a fun warning! I will be back! LOL!

Fast, friendly, great service. Coupons online. 10/10. They should consider wearing gloves if they have long nails though. I don’t know how sanitary that is. I had just came from the car wash before getting service done. They left greasy finger prints around my car. A light wipe down after a service would be nice. Still happy with my oil change.
