Free is not free I needed to get a tire plugged and the gentleman stated he needed to walk outside to look at all of my tires but on the inside he asked me which tire. He has looked at each one of my tires and the tire that needed to be plugged. He said he couldn't do anything for me because the tires were worn. My tires are not worn. I had good tread on those tires. They were just into it for a sale. Me being a woman. Belle tire should not offer anything free if your stores are not going to honor it. I just needed a tire plugged. I didn't need to buy four new tires. I went to a different tire place. They plugged my tire and they said my tires were fine. False advertisement for Belle tire

The shop did more than I expected. They have a price match guarantee where if you find a lower price elsewhere, show them proof and they will match/beat it. I only expected this to apply to the tires themselves, but they matched that and the total price which included installation. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I had asked for an alignment as well, but it turns out I need to have repairs done before that happens. The reason I cannot give a 5th star is because they did something I should have warned them not to do. My driver's side window has been stuck in the up position for months because something in the regulator broke. If something on a car is not moving and you weren't asked to fix it, perhaps you shouldn't try moving it or at least ask the owner before trying to move it. When I retrieved my car, the window was about halfway down and I could not get it to budge either up or down. Sales rep did not mention this to me while checking out. I had to tear the door apart when I got home to try putting the window back in the up position, but wasn't very successful. It was jammed in there very tightly. Now have no choice but to replace the regulator asap.

Alex, was awesome to work with regarding my 2015 jeep Patriot, I was having some issues with my suspension that was very annoying and concerning, he went far and beyond to make sure I left belle tire safe. Matt and all the staff were really nice, professional and helpful towards me. I had all brakes, rotors and a hub bearing changed and they did an excellent job for a good price! Almost 4 hours with an appointment for an "inspection", to balance my tires and fix a leak in my tire. First time I called they said it was ready, I asked if they did my tire. They said no, give me an hour. Ok waited another house. Balancing the tires is not free apparently and when I started asking questions about the inspection they said the master mechanic looked at it. When I asked if they inspected everything he said yes. When I saw the paperwork with the "notes" on it, it was only half filled out. I asked if they actually did the entire inspection of my car he said yeah sometimes they dont fill that out. Not true. If they actually did the inspection properly they would know i needed my other CV axle replaced(yes I am getting it done elsewhere) and they would have been able to tell me which strut was clinking in the front. They just wrote bad struts even though they are a few days old. When I asked if I could keep the paper with the notes on it I was told no, I asked if I could get a copy of it and I was told no. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CAR. They do not do proper inspections which honestly the "master mechanic " should not have a license if he isn't doing a proper inspection. Thankfully my car is safe to drive but if you had any serious issues and they failed that inspection that could cause injury or death. They need to do better there! I would not trust this belle tire with my vehicle. They also quoted me 1400 dollars for struts which is absolutely insane, not includingthe alignment after the suspension work. The labor prices there are ridiculous . He said they need to assemble all the pieces for the struts which is also not true. I called the ford dealership. They come assembled. Do not trust this place for any work at all.

A regular customer with 2 vehicles and i bought my 3rd and took it in for inspection on 11/22/25 when I received the worst service ever I was told by Alexander Graham my car need 1to 2 hours to be looked at and I waited and after 2 hours my car was still outside. No one had updated me about anything in those 2 hours. I asked Roland Cosme about my car still being not looked at after 2 hours. He said no one is going to look at it till Monday and doesn't know why Alexander didn't mention this to me and that Alexander has left already.wow the worst customer experience and the worst bell tire they don't care about the customer's time horrible customer service. And to make up for it i was offered a card with a %10 discount it's disrespectful to waste the customer's time and try to win business back with a ridiculous %10 card. Wow so disrespectful horrible customer service.

Was my go to place to have brakes and suspension work for years, until 1/19/26. Thats when a sales rep pulled the sleezy "you need all this done in order for us to do that". Went in wanting an alignment because I personally did suspension work on the front. Drop of my car 9am Monday morning. No call backs. Call at noon asking how its going, they say they are looking it over just about to call back with details. Get call back 10 minutes later asking me where the wheel lock key is. I tell them its on the passenger seat. Get call back 20 minutes later telling me I need $3k worth of work done. Fine, I know the rear suspension and brakes need work, but none of it is urgent. I tell them I dont have the money to do that now and the guy tells me he can't do an alignment because the rear suspension is too worn. Told him thats fine do the best you can on rear and put the front in spec. He goes on with some story about how thats not possible. Like seriously, there's a manufacturer spec for the front and rear, it can be done. Anyway, he wanted other work done too to do the alignment. Typical shady salesman garbage. Really sad to lose a good place right by my house, but im not dealing with garbage attitude like that. This place must have had a management change. All the guys upfront seemed new. Not interested in doing business here anymore. Beware, this is one of those places now, go in for one thing, and they want to milk you.

Unexpectedly, I had flat tire and needed my car today. I couldn’t wait over the weekend for a tire. Roland the salesman knew that I was short on money he found me a very good tire not a budget tire did everything he could to bring the price down to the cost of the budget tire. He did this without me asking. I found a coupon and he had already beat the coupon price. The tire was done in less than 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with Belle Tire. Roland was the reason that drove this great experience. Thank you!!!!!

My 2010 Honda Odyssey needed a new alternator. I normally go to a car repair shop in canton but didn’t feel comfortable driving it out to canton so I decided to give these guys a try. I spoke with the manager (I think his name was Brian) and he was a pleasure to work with. He got me in right away, they diagnosed the problem, and it didn’t take long for his mechanic to repair. The price was also a great deal. I will use them again in the future for ,one of my husband’s vehicle and highly recommend them.

When I tell you I have never been to Belle Tire but this is now my new extended family...I mean that from my soul!!! I had made two different appts at two Walmart autocare facilities to be crapped on at each one. I purchased online tires for pickup/installation @ Livonia/Middlebelt location just to get there after waiting a week and they canceled my appt and did not want to fit me into the day I could verify via text and the app and made me fight for a refund for over a month on tires that were also delivered wrong size and they knew I never left the store with. So I try a 2nd time with Telegraph/Taylor store same online process but this time I decided to purchase tires already in store. My install appt was bumped up to an earlier slot by a few days so I get there and they show me their tablet with one time I show them my online app with the revised time and of course no accommodations for something I clearly cant control..then they delayed my tire pickup (it was still delayed today) so I canceled the installation and purchase myself this time. Walmart won't fool me a 3rd time. I look up Belle Tire about midnight - 2am this morning to purchase tires in store so not to take a chance on delayed delivery and low and behold they had them with an appt for me this morning at 930am -SAME DAY!!! WOW!! I got a call at 745am to confirm, they okayed me dropping off the car early and called me by 1230pm with all 4 tires installed on my vehicle and gave me a great deal on the wheel alignment too! The 2nd Walmart appt wasn't until Sunday 12/07 IF they didn't still have me delayed. So here I am with new tires ready for the next Michigan snow, a TOTALLY HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and a new Belle Tire extended family customer. Thank You Belle you did your thing by extending fast courteous great customer service and those tires look great, ride like a Bentley and have me floating down the road! Go see them people you won't regret!
