My son had a previous issue, which was addressed by the shop manager. Although the manager was visibly upset over the previous review… He apologized for everything and my son could tell he was unaware of Julillan’s behavior. That one employee does not define this shop and he would use again in the future.

Thankful for these men ken and his son who work there, i wasnt a customer but was out driving and my tail light fell out! They pulled over and helped me out so I could get home safely! Followed me to thier shop and repaired it for me! Real fast .. To me nowa days you dont come by this often! Really appreciated them and they fixed everything up for me good as new! If I ever need any body collision repair I would come back to them most definitely! And refer family and friends! Thank you guys very much!! Great businesses happen with great employees!

Okay so I did rate this 3 stars because I made an appointment on Dec 4th and I got an email saying it wouldn't be done until the 23rd. Also I put 3 stars because they don't have free car rental. But after talking with them they said the email was automated and wasn't a for sure thing. They are very nice and were able to get my car done on Dec 13th. Thank you guys!

I just got my car back from Gerber two days earlier than they said it would be done, and I'm more than satisfied with the work they've done. It looks as good as it did before it was damaged. The people I talked to were very friendly and professional, and kept me updated on their progress. I would definitely recommend using Gerber Collision if you need repairs from an accident. Both the Dearborn and Wayne shops do great work.

My experience with Gerber Collision started back in July 2024. My SUV was in an accident and through my insurance company it was suggested to use them as they were a preferred collision shop and they guaranteed their work. I agreed. I will keep my review directed to a specific employee name Sam. Sam was more than pleasant, professional and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was repaired within a week and when I picked it up Sam was not there. I did notice a couple things that wasn't fixed to my liking about a day or so after I picked it up because it was raining the day of and a thorough inspection was not done unfortunately. I ultimately had to take my vehicle back. When I told the other individuals that work there about this, Sam wasn't there and my experience wasn't the same. I took it back the second time and Sam was there and he was exactly as professional as before. My vehicle was fixed properly in a day. Sam is an asset to this company and I would recommend dealing with him. There was also one other individual there that was kind also. I believe his name is Josh. I hope I'm not wrong my apologies if I am. He deserves to be mentioned as well. I'm only giving 4 stars due to the the experience I had while Sam wasn't there. I won't go into detail as it is unnecessary. Sam gets a 5 star rating for his customer service and overall kindness! Thank you Sam, kindness goes a very long way these days especially with the given climate. Some people are just not kind anymore and it's disappointing, but Thank You! You rock!
