If your into Corona Virus safety, this is not your place. Not much for masks in the building, service or sales from what I seen. I actually had a family of four sit next to me in the waiting area and eat a watermelon tray they brought in. Lol. I went outside to wait.

Called ahead to ask about a specific repair. Got a confirmation they did the service and a price quote via phone. Drove 30 mins here and immediately was told they don’t do that repair. ???

The service department is great, and very professional💯But the new car sales manager was not professional at all.🤥😡 Because of him, I will not be going back to the KIA dealership on Telegraph in Dearborn for any of my vehicle needs. 👎I will go to a different dealership. And, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my family, and friends. By the way they love my KIA. Even though the service department there was very helpful. One, or two bad apples 🍏 🍎 will spoil the hold bunch. I will be contacting Mike Law🤔

Fast and friendly service. I was able to schedule an appointment a hour in advance and there were ready for me upon arrival. I really like the new video inspection offered. The only thing I would change is to explain the video inspection in layman terms for those of use who don't understand the metrics foe brake pads and tire tread. The prices here at LaFontaine are great too, nothing like the quick oil change spots that charge way too much.

From scheduling to vehicle service, my experience was pleasant. I called to schedule an oil change and found flexible dates and times available. The representative was friendly and patient as I had a little early morning brain fog :) When I arrived for the appointment, I was immediately greeted and brought to the service desk for check in. It was brief, but I found the three service reps very courteous during our short interaction. I was brought to the waiting area where a tv, water stocked mini frig and coffee bar was available. It was clean and quiet for phone use, reading, etc. Wait time was near spot on for oil change, tire rotation and fluid check. I would say the time was actually a little quicker. I received a video report showing my car with details of the service just prior to completion. Moments later my key was brought to me, I signed out and escorted to my car.

These guys are amazing from start to finish. I made my appt with Ergys and he was my service advisor. I had an issue with my coolant sensor which was covered in a recall and they had me out in two hours with a video from the technician explaining exactly what he did and letting me know what will need attention soon. The next day the service manager called to follow up on my experience. Like I said from start to finish spot on. Thanks Gentlemen

Make sure to answer your phone. I don’t think it’s respectful to put the customer on hold then disconnect him/her. Either get more employees or shut it down.
