Came in for a safety recall....left with a car that won't run. Can't get a person on the phone...went back and they said it's because I need a 110 dollar oil change. .sorry but you breaking my car isn't going to cost ME money. Still can't get a call back. HORRIBLE SERVICE

After my Sante Fe broke down, I looked at my finances, and you know how it goes. I was worried about how to get my engine repaired and working with dealerships. Recently purchased a Hyundai Palisade AWD From La Fontaine Hyundai in Dearborn. We were extremely pleased with the sales team, and in particular Erin, who was our sales consultant. We had a minor glitch in that the tow hitch that was advertised on the vehicle was not present. However, they jumped right on this and ordered the hitch, and will install it. No big deal!

I was originally going to give my experience here a 1 star. Trying to get ahold of the service department via phone is damn near impossible. I was extremely irritated on the lack of follow up, until I actually came to dealership. When I seen the amount of business they have coming and going there, I was in shock. This place is BUSY. They need more help in the office that is for sure! I was originally quoted an insane turn around time for diagnosis on my vehicle but they were able to get my car in and out in a week. *granted my diagnosis wasnβt as crazy as believed it would be* My service advisor Dave G was extremely helpful and able to get my bill a little more affordable.

went in for oil change. they don't do free cash wash FYI but Owell. they wrote they topped off washer fluid and filled tires. I checked after wards as it's my 1st time there and no washer fluid was added. but I'm still paying full price. 1 tire is at 32 and one at 45 like slow down and check things guys. 65 dollars for a nice dealership experience was not the case. should've went else where for a cheap oil change at that point. oh and the website adviser phone # was set to some random Detroit hotel lmfao. and when I called to verify if they'd lie about filling fluid etc, they forwarded Me to a # that hung up. called again and sent to voice mail.

Take your car to Mike K's and avoid this place. The service here is never timely, took over 4 hours for an oil change. They want to hold your car for 24 hours for any service, it seems, even a recall that they said would take a few hours. They will definitely do stuff to your car and take your money, but they won't fix the problem. They will give you a Lyft to and from your house but you're on your own if you need a car for anything else. Their staff is hit or miss on professionalism, they have dodged calls, said people were "in a meeting" if they didn't want to talk to you, not called back after telling you they would call you shortly, and not fixed what they said they would. If they weren't attached to a dealership, I hope they'd be out of business because the service (I'm using that word lightly) is atrocious. Just find a better mechanic and ONLY get warranty service done here.

Their parts department is really helpful and quick. But their service department is lacking. Had an appointment to drop my vehicle off for warranty work for 2-3 days, but they weren't able to give me a loaner. How am I going to be able to not have a vehicle for 3 days?!? Poor attention to customer needs

Make and appointment three weeks in advance Arrive on timeβ¦ service advisor lemont confused by the whole thing and asks why I am here and tell him exactly what was said when booking appointment Told I now have to leave the car there for 72 hoursβ¦ when was never told this when making the appointment Lemont very rude and told me I guess youβll have to figure it out. Calls shuttle Talks to manager promises diagnosis Mondayβ¦ whatβs the point of an appointment but agree that is fine Get a call later from lemont. Can confirm there is a squeaking noiseβ¦ the entire reason I brought it In. But technition isnβt in to diagnoseβ¦. But again I made an appointment and gave the exact reason whyβ¦. Why wasnβt someone there to diagnose???? Get a call Tuesdayβ¦. Again day later than promised by the manager. Lemont says technician is in and will diagnose today or maybe tomorrowβ¦. Infuriating but I guess I have no choice. Give them the day. Call hour before closing to see if there is an update. Lemont is gone and manager goneβ¦ car is ready for pick up and has been for 2 hoursβ¦. What!?!??! Never gave me any updates and then never told me it was complete!? I rush to get my care because itβs close to closing Get there and there is no one at service and have to wait an extended period of time for someoneβ¦. Finally find my file and informed I have to Pay!!!!? For a car thatβs less than 2 years old and under warranty!?!? That makes no sense! But again no other option as manager isnβt here and I need car back. So I pay and immediately call Hyundai and lady says it is wear and tear but there is not reason I should have to pay and immediately starts the process for refund. Thenβ¦ after about 10 minutes into driving the car againβ¦ the squeaking starts again! Even after paying and waiting and being absolutely tormented by this whole ordeal! It isnβt even fixed! The technician drove for 15 miles apparently but clearly still isnβt fixed!! I have video proof that it isnβt fixed. Have called several times and manager is never available. Asked to get a call back whenever free. Has been a week and never received a call back. Was told take it somewhere else by lemontβ¦ this is the worst service I have ever received. Told if I want to talk to a manager I would have to drive into the dealership and talk in person. Meanwhile I was charged for something that should have been under warranty in the first place and then told to go somewhere else.

Wonderful service! I use to go to their previous location down the street and didnβt receive this kind of experience. I needed to call around a lot and leave many voicemails. Sometimes panic a little when I didnβt get a response when my car desperately needed to be seenβ¦.but TODAY, I had the best service from LAMONT! Iβve watched him with a few customers at the previous location and I thought βhe has amazing customer care and serviceβ finding out the location moved and he was assisting me was such a treat. He gives 100% white glove service and i feel at ease that he will be my contact going forward with oil changes and maintenance on my vehicle. He gave clear commutation, consistent updates, great enthusiasm, and a kind smile. I recommend this location! Thank you!

Lamont made the experience of getting my vehicle repaired seamless. From the initial drop off, communication of next steps and estimated time frame. As he receive information about my vehicle he passed it along to me. I felt informed the entire processed. I received my vehicle back within the estimated timeframe. Upon pickup of my vehicle Lamont reviewed the invoice and answered all my questions. As someone who takes vehicles to dealerships for a living, Lamont's customer service is top notch. Thank you!!

I came for oil change that took too long way too long. I was told an 21 point inspection was done verbally...no recommend sticker for next oil change I have tried call back 3 different times for proof of inspection and always get automation system. I have always received paper copy for my records. Not being able to reach true person for something so simple. I will not give higher rating
