I had my #F150Lightning towed there for service. The service department received my vehicle, they don't have loaners readily available. So far, I've been without transportation, and there's been no update on my vehicle. Seems to me like poor customer service that since the vehicle is still under warranty, a representative would've thought to contact me to share details of some sort. It's been 4 days since I dropped my #F150Lightning off, and the second time, I've contacted the service department... I asked a few questions about how many technicians are servicing EV with issues on the first call. The short answer was one individual for my inquiry. Today, i placed the second call and was told that I'd receive a call back from the technician. This is called poor customer service. Having a great answering service is wonderful, but that's only part of the equation after a service department receives your vehicle and assigns it to a technician for diagnosis and repair, especially if your vehicle is covered by a warranty. Had I known better, I would have had my vehicle delivered to the dealership I originally purchased it from. There, they would've received it, did the intake, automatically put me into a loaners vehicle to send me on my way without questions, and informed me that I'd be contacted during the repair, and after the repair was completed to arrange delivery or pickup! No callback from Mission Ford yet, and NO, this isn't personal. This is just real-time documentation of my current situation. Update: I received a full diagnostic update and a timeline of service completion shortly after my second call. I expressed my concerns about being stranded without a vehicle while I'm waiting for repairs... And to my surprise, I received an honestly acceptable answer. This morning, I received a call notification that my repair was completed. They also offered to deliver my vehicle to my home ❤️ I accepted that offer, and they sent a driver with an ETA attached to a tracking link that worked flawlessly! I feel good about the service rendered to me by Mission Ford, so it's imperative to share the whole story. #Salute #MissionFord #F150Lightning

Worst service and dealer I bought a car from here with the extended warranty then after six months, the car broke down and i had to tow the car for service. They told me they need about 12 days after 12 days. They told me they need to replace the engine but I have to pay out of my pocket for tearing down the engine then after tearing out the engine, they will send all the documents to the insurance company so they could refund me my money. I couldn’t trust the situation. What does dealer it was a scammed by from the beginning they gave me a bad car which now it’s gonna cost me thousands of dollars to fix and I don’t have any other options cause I’m doing financing. I can’t screw up my credit. I have to take care of it be aware when you buy a car from this dealer or any other dealer, they all the same
