Took Chevy Malibu there yesterday, after spending over 600 in repairs they didnt put the car back together properly, bolts put back in wrong spots, another shop charged 100 to fix these idiots incompetence. They never answer their phone so dont even try calling. Your better off going anywhere but here

Southend auto is a place that is very much 'you get what your pay for' Every time I will drop my car off in the morning and Ali has it ready when its time to go home. Pricing is amazing. That said dont expect fresh coffee in the waiting room and your car nicely washed and vacuumed when you leave. Its a no frills shop. Ali is honest and will work with you.
