Bad experience. They told me they rotated my tires the last time I was there but they didn't and then only give me $20 off for their mistake. My tire went 14000 mile without being rotated.

Do not take appointments for oil changes. Everything is first come first serve walk in basis. Called was told there is no wait/delay, get here 10min later and its suddenly a 2 hour wait. Also, the “not our problem” attitude is not the most helpful for the customers experience

On a recent visit to Ford WHQ I unfortunately caught a nail in one of my tires. Thankfully, Jack Demmer Lincoln was nearby. They did a stand-up job getting my tire repaired and back on the road quickly. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. The shop was clean, and the waiting area overlooked the service bays, so you could easily watch your vehicle being worked on. Highly recommended.
