Changing my review to one star today. Came in and Jorge, was being extremely rude. I told him what Toyota said needed to be done to the car and he continued to ask questions about what it was doing but upset that the car wasn't doing those things. He'd ask a question for my information and then would ask a question about the car before I give an answer to the first question. I literally had to just stop him and continue talking to explain what I had already spoke to someone over the phone about. He tried to pretend the person I spoke to was wrong but the i spoke to guy was standing right next to him. That guy asked the car type and confirmed what he told me over the phone was true. Jorge apparently gets paid as long as he shows up and running a professional business doesn't matter to him.

Worst experience ever I came to this establishment at 8:40am in the morning when we arrived it was only one car ahead of us which was fine but I noticed after they got finished with that one car the technicians started to work on other people's cars that came after us so I decided to go inside the office and I asked how long is it going to take for my car to be worked on they proceeded to tell me 15 minutes but that 15 minutes turn to a little bit over 2 hours awaiting and have not been seen when we finally decided to leave after seeing other people cars get worked on before ours the people inside the office told another technician to go outside and tell us it will be 15 minutes but I decided not to wait because I was already told 2 hours ago that it was going to be 15 minutes I will not be back at this establishment because they do not know how to treat people this was my first and last time coming and if they're going to have us do unnecessary waiting at least have seat inside the office and not outside where it's hot unprofessional and also a liar

My wife broke down on a trip. Pickup was leaking water. It was a difficult diagnosis and they got it wrong the first time. She had to turn around and take it back. They got right on it and found the problem, fix it, and corrected the labor cost. These people treat you like good neighbors should. Too bad they’re not in Alvarado so I could depend on them more. I can’t thank you enough for your service and understanding.

We brought my girlfriends car in for an alignment and turned out to be two front tires were bad. The staff there was very helpful and honest. They took us to show the damage to the tires and guided us in the right direction. I would 100% recommend this shop. We left as happy customers!

Definitely will not come back came in to get my car checked about my vibration noise that keeps going on when I drive and stop for long period of time! I was told to that I had a water pump leak, motor mounts bad, transmission mount bad, and also a tune up! Got all of that done and car still doing the same vibrating noise! At this point I don’t recommend this place they’ll try to get you if you don’t anything about cars! Be careful they’ll definitely use after market parts on your car!

Had wife take the tire to get it patched. There was a hole in the side wall. Took the tire off to get a new one. They cross threaded two lug nuts so bad they both broke off removing them. They are always so busy up there, their guys must be in too much if a hurry to properly start the lug nuts by hand. Takes pure negligence to cause this. Also had a tire on the back worked on. Fingers crossed I guess.

Went in for an alignment, they told me my ball joints and tie rods were shot and recommended replacement. I gave the green-light and wound up getting all new control arms+alignment+diff service for just over $2k, and they had it all done in less than 5 hours. Very quick and professional, would recommend to anyone

10 stars! Absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend! Everyone was so nice. My service was done quick, even though I went on a Saturday & they were clearly busy. Once I was driving, I could immediately tell the issue was fixed! They were also very informative. Extra bonus, they did NOT try selling me a bunch of extra services that were not needed, like everywhere else does. I very much appreciate these guys so much!

I just got my tires put on my car the back. The next thing I know my bill is 277.00 This is for my little2013 Toyota. That was all I wanted. Guess I should have shopped around. Didn’t need my front tires off for any reason!!! Not returning bad again.

I’ve been using Big 5 Tire & Auto for 18 years now! I’ve always been impressed by their knowledge and the way they would explain everything in detail on why something had failed on my vehicle. Also, very impressed on the integrity on not charging me for additional things/fees that could have easily been done to anyone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Highly recommended to conduct your business there at BIG 5 TIRE & AUTO!!!

Robin was very fair and honest with the price. I really appreciate Big 5 taking care of my struts and sway bar links. The only complaint I have is when the people who check you in go to lunch, the ones covering lose track of your vehicle. My vehicle was ready. I was waiting visiting the nearby stores. When I went in to check on it, the man at the counter thought it was on a test drive. I had to tell him my vehicle was parked out front. This occurred last time too. But overall Big 5 does me right when it comes to service.

Always come here for oil change and we buy our tires from them . I really like how they do a free tire rotation when you purchase your tires from them. Great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I only have one complaint and that’s always having to clean the grease off my doors and seats and console. I have ask them prior to please come clean it and they did . I just wish I didn’t have to ask . But I really enjoy doing business with them. We have been doing business with them for years because of the great service. Thank you .

They did work on my brother’s car, overcharged and after a month of driving my brother comes to me because it’s driving bad. I looked underneath to find the strut with only one lower bolt and no nut. My brother has been driving it like this for a month.

They used to take the Firestone card at this location and did not tell us they no longer took our Firestone card until the tires were on. Very bad business. Will never go there again. Had to go back too as tires were not put on correctly. Do not go here!!!!
