Purchased nerf bars for my sons 97 4X4 Tahoe. The bars arrived the next day and they were installed that day. The gentleman named Justin was very helpful. Went as far as to let me know of an issue the truck had i was unaware of. Sure you can go online a purchase accessories at a better price, but good face to face customer service is getting to be more and more scarce these days. Help your town and buy local... Awesome work at QTA!

I find that they only stock or order the most expensive versions of products like rear bumpers. I understand the need for markup but I would have gladly paid for a new rear bumper that was around the $1000 price range instead of only being offered $1700 and up price range. There are a lot of good manufacturers making rear bumpers that MSRP in the $600-$1000 range that they could order for those of us that don't want to drop $2K. I could also understand the price point if it was a front bumper given how much more steel and complexity there is in manufacturing. There is no reason though to not have a more affordable option available for a rear bumper, even if it is order only and not stocked.

My existing truck bed cover had been giving me fits for years. I stopped in to see if the guys could fix it for me and I was in an out in less than 5 minutes. They were very kind and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They installed a hitch and trailer wire connection. They did good on the hitch receiver, but the wiring connection didn’t work. I figured out the issue was a missing converter box that had to be installed where the 4 prong connector was. They either don’t know their business or were trying to shave a few bucks on parts hoping it would work. Use U-Haul to get this kind of work done. They actually know what they’re doing.

Great place to get all the extra stuff you might want to put on your truck. Side step rails to get in and out easier. A bed cover. Lots to choose from and the people are really nice.

I had my ARE tonneau cap adjusted several years ago with no issues or problems whatsoever - took less than an hour and I purchased added accessories while I waited - they have lots of neat stuff. In October 2024, brought truck in to have the cover adjusted once again - a single cap screw had worked itself loose and was gone - they did not have any replacement parts on hand - would order and call me to come in. No call. By February, the cover was attempting to fly off the truck on the highway and I Had to tie it down. Went back to QTA, they didn't have the parts on hand, didn't know why they never called, would get right on it and call me probably by Friday. Three weeks later, I called to ask if they'd received the parts - the response ... "No, I've got your name right here on the board, no one wants to get this done more than me. I'll call you the instant we get the parts." Because I need to travel in the next couple of weeks, I ordered the parts myself from ARE/Mastercraft, received them in less than one week and installed the parts myself yesterday - took me awhile to get the thing aligned by myself, but it is now serviceable as of May 13, 2025. These people are ARE reps and simply won't do warranty work since there doesn't appear to be anything (or not enough) in it for them. I had used them for years, bought covers and accessories a number of times, but there has been a definite change in the way they do things. Real Experts with Real Customer Service. QTA sold, installed, and serviced my Leer 100XQ camper top. The installation was flawless. The process was smooth as silk. I was treated fairly every step of the way. Kevin and Will truly care about product and service quality with the understanding that customer satisfaction comes first. These are the kind of people who will not sell you something they don't believe in. There is a nice customer waiting area. The place is clean and customer friendly throughout.
