I just got my car 8days ago from drive time in Las Vegas and I had to come home to celebrate I drove across to San Bernardino California to vist my grandmother and grandfather grave however the incoil pack was miss firing so I called call silverock insurance and they sent me to to Big Brand tire and service where Earny how do you spell Ernie And Andre helped me so fast like there cars said on top of being friendly I felt heard especially since the guy Andre had to talk to the claim adjuster Justin to fix the problem under the warranty they were trying to act like they couldn’t take care of it but miraculously they did thanks to the service Tech Support and the guys up front great job

Manger tries to soak as much money out of you as he can. Should be a shady car sales man rather than overseeing mechanic shop. Came in for suspension work cause I heard metal on metal and I left 740$ poorer with the same metal on metal sound. Granted, I did need what I replaced the issue might have lied somewhere else but the core issue here is I waited practically 8 hours in two separate days to DIAGNOSE and FIX the issue. You took it for test drives and ignored the sound. So, I paid more than the Redlands big brand would have charged me AND I got poor quality work. I wouldn't come here to get work done unless you like getting squeezed EDIT: tires shake under load in 1st and 2nd gear. Didn't do that until I let you guys touch it. Alignment feels off yeah definitely not coming back here

Thank God for all of the employees at Big Brand tire service they have been. A big help to me and my car even when I needed there service at my hardest time they do good work and very trustworthy about there work .... all of the employees are very helpful when you ask them a question including the manager time keep up the good 👍...

Very knowledgeable, experienced, makes recommendations, decent pricing, professional and keeps you informed. My vehicle needs special tires that are not common or carried in the shop so they had to order them. I was quoted 4 days and they arrived in 2 days. Opens Sundays so it very convenient for these whose work schedule is pretty tight like mine is. I did not experience any pushy sales.

AVOID if you can‼️❌ Cheap brake material but charge top dollar for nonsense. Bought brakes and repair from these guys and within the week they were squeaking soooooo bad. When I brought it back they blamed a different part of the car. I had to go to another shop to have that misdiagnosed issue repaired, but the terrible noise still continued. More money because they didn’t want to take accountability for the BS they are putting in people’s cars. The other mechanics let me know that the material was cheap and poorly installed. They finally agreed to change the brakes because of the warranty, but a month in the brakes started making the noise again. I wrote a review, but the owner guilt tripped me into taking it down. But nah, the people deserve to know the truth. Terrible product and company. Dealing with this issue for 12 months and it has now gotten sooo unbearable. My warranty has now expired. I am saving up enough money so I can have them replaced and done properly. The headaches that I get from speaking with the condescending owner has been why I haven’t taken it back nor do I want to have them touch my car again. Definitely learned my lesson from dealing with these guys. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. You will regret it.😔❌

I brought my car in to Big Brand for squealing brakes, preparing myself for a full brake repair. Andre showed me my brakes were fine and just dirty which was causing the squeal. I have been to other places who would have to advantage of my naivety but not this place….they cleaned me up and sent me off at no cost!!!! Let’s just say I will be coming back and recommending this place to family and friends! Also thanks to my son for recommending Big Brand in the first place!!

Very rude staff. Do not go asking questions , question that you might think are simple to answer. They do not like that. Ask for upper management to get involved , good luck on that. By the way, they want you to reach out to them by email cause You had an issue You had an issue and gave them a bad .When you do that, they never get back to you. It is like we’re here to help you, but in reality, we’re not gonna help you, They just want to give the image that they want to help. Go somewhere where they respect people, and they value your hard earned money. I did more than one review on yelp and they fought or bought to have the review removed. I am grateful that Google does not allow that.

I was able to get in 20 minutes before closing I noticed a nail in my tire Sunday needed fixed for work early Monday morning they put a plug in my tire at no cost.Very professional, polite and fast. I recommend! They will definitely be the only place I go to when I need new tires!!!

I've been going to this location for some time now and their service been mediocre at best. The customer service is top notch but the mechanic work falls short. It's the small details that delay service to my fleet and effects my team. They completed an oil change service with a tire rotation and did not check tire pressure before so the tire pressure light came on and on a separate service left the cabin air filter on my passenger seat after not accepting a new one. Missed details like these matter, it delays my service which delays my team. Victor and Marlo gives great customer service but the mechanics need to be more mindful. Thank you.

I gave a five because I Needed some brake caliber covers put on my Kia Sorrento; Every tire and brake shop pretty much gave me the runaround or just flat out. Turn me down big brand welcomed me with open arms, and since I had the parts it was only right that they just charged me for the labor $188. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend. Went back to get 4 new tires as well.
