Great service and they were fast. Super nice staff, the guys in the back all seemed like they knew what they were doing and they got me in and out. They went above and being without asking, even making sure all the other tires had valve caps on them and checked the pressure on them. Would highly recommend for tire service

Horrible experience I went in for an inspection, so I can figure out my next big repair and was very disappointed. I do work on my own vehicle but also like a mechanics advice. I know some repairs that are needed and the techs told me everything is perfect no problems besides dif oil level was low. I then received my vehicle and started driving noticing a strong pull to the right that was not there before and to mention I had gotten a alignment just the week before from the Murrieta location. *I took this vehicle in the next day to a the Murrieta location to get me alignment done again, thank God they offer a warranty and they looked over my vehicle letting me know that I had a shift in my rear axle, my front tires had an inward angle that had no obvious reason why and of course my alignment was off. I do not recommend this the **Big O tires in Temecula!** IF YOU WANT A GREAT SERVICE CUSTOMER AND VEHICLE TAKE THE TRIP TO MURRIETA BIG O TIRES!

I had a great experience at Big O Tires! Gizmo was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy(everybody is kind here). He took the time to inspect my brakes thoroughly and let me know that I didn’t need new ones just yet—no upselling, no pressure, and no charge. I really appreciated that he explained everything clearly without talking down to me. It’s rare to find such honesty and integrity in a shop these days. Highly recommend!

I shopped around three places total to get bids and these guys by far, gave me the best deal. I got better tires for less money, than the cheapest set I could get from the other two places. Over all my experience was great and would have no problem sending my own mother here. It's now being ran by a husband and wife, and both of them were very sincere and friendly. The service techs were great too, I love chatting everyone up. I'd also mention that I had planned on getting new rotors too and he could have totally taken my money and just did the work but, he explained to me that he would be doing me a disservice and he would rather keep/earn my business. Basically my brake pads still had plenty of life on them and if I used them with the new rotors, the new rotors would get worn in the same shape as the old warped ones. So I held off on the new rotors but, will be going back to get that done next. I hope this helps anyone looking around for a reputable tires shop. These guys were great!
