Totally horrible experience. Brought in my son's car and my big truck for tires and alignment. My son's car still pulls to the right. My tires were installed with the wrong side out and now I have a leak somewhere after they did the alignment. Left my white truck full of greasy hand prints. I told them I am moving out of state in the couple days and need my big truck to tow my stuff. Now I have to take my truck to someone that knows what there doing. I had a bad feeling when talking to these guys but I went with it anyways mainly because Big O is in the town I'm moving to. They want me to bring both vehicles back but why if tires and alignment is what you do how can have both cars have to come back. I can't losse anymore time. I just dumped over $3000 dollars here with full regret!!! They also told me that Big O's are independently owned and that if I took my cars to another Big O that they would not prioritize my vehicles because of Corona Big O' s mistake!!! Totally ridiculous service!!!

I decided to go here because I have been other Big O Tires and have always received great customer service. This place was no different. Mr. Bawa is always so helpful and patient, especially because I am not! I put tires on my Yukon here last winter and recently got a screw in it. I came in frustrated because of time, and he was very understanding and did what he could to get me back on the road in a timely manner.

Dishonest! If you want an honest mechanic do not go here! They will break things on your car and then claim you did it or it is not their fault! They take advantage of young adults who they presume don't know better. We made an appointment to take our corolla in for an oil change, we have only ever gone to this location since owning the car for oil changes. After being there for 40 minutes they tell my fiance the plug AND pan are stripped and will need to be replaced for $511! If you know anything about oil changes you would know this had to be the mechanics error! Bob who im guessing is the manager of the sixth street location tried to play it off like it was our fault when we have only ever taken the car there. After back and forth, they offered to cover labor and we would pay for parts. It was not until I contacted corporate when I received a call saying it would be taken care of and I would only be paying for the initial oil change. This was such a hassle, Bob was very rude and likes to talk over you, and I would NEVER recommend this buisness to anyone. They only care about making a sale. They also made sure to harass me about canceling my claim with corporate. (All of this happened after we showed the 50% off coupon, I dont know if thats a coincidence).

I would rate zero stars if I could. I went in because my back brakes had been making a lot of noise. I got seen in about 30 minutes which was fine, and then after about 3 hours of them having the car, they called and told me that I was missing a self-adjuster kit on one of the back tires. Then an hour later, they call back and say the back brakes are almost completely worn down, the front brakes are 80% worn and should be replaced right away. Then tried to charge an extra $900+ for that. I told them I didn’t have the money, and just got the adjuster kit. It brakes better but then makes even more noise than before. So I take it to a mechanic I actually trust. He looks at it, says the front brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced anytime soon but replaced them anyway because he’d already bought the parts based on what BIG O TOLD ME, and the self adjuster kit that they put in wasn’t even put in right. So not only did they mess up the service I did get, but they also tried to rip me off for almost a grand. The mechanic I knew fixed it all for under $300. This place is just out for money, they’re not honest. Stay away!

This place is a grift. Don't come here! They break tpms sensors on purpose to up sell you. And charge different install prices for different customers. I got quoted $40 a tire another customer called in and the guy quoted him $35 a tire installation.

We are so appreciative of this branch and the wonderful staff there. We were driving back from San Diego to Salt lake City (10 hour drive). When I got into our car in San Diego we saw a massive cut on our tire. Unfortunately our tires are meant for Utah's climate and not Southern California, none of the Big O Tires in San Diego could get us the tires we needed quickly but what they did do was call the Big O up in Corona, their guy drove to the warehouse and found the tire we needed while we drove up to them. They quickly fixed our tire and got us back on the road in under an hour.

So granted the Lugnuts were put on too tight by the shop who painted them but they broke the studs pulling them off not once did they call to verify if they should proceed they kept breaking almost every stud then not allowing me to take the car from the shop unless it was towed out when they were the ones who broke them in the first place
