It's the second time I've come the first time they couldn't do the lineup because they don't have work staff, today I came to make an alignment and the manager didn't want to attend to me because I made a bad comment last time! Never again i come back!

By far the worst experience I've had at a car service provider. Made an appointment online, the day prior I called to verify the tires I ordered were in stock. They were and I decided to take my truck in 1 for early since that was the time a co-worker was able to give me a ride. For there everything was good, so I thought, I figured it would take no more than 45 min per tire so I thought it should be done by 2pm, (dropped it off at 9am). I didn't get a call so I called to ask the status and they said it wasn't ready but it should be done around 3pm. Got there around 3 and not one tire was on yet. They said they had issues with the rear tire not coming off but why not keep pressing on the other tires? Anyways it wasn't until after 4pm that I got my truck. The receptionist wasn't really knowledgeable as she just kept saying the are not done. Usually I don't mind waiting but I purposely took it in early so it would be done by 2 which I had to pick up my kids from the babysitter at 230. I also tried to rent a car but it was too late in the day and it was just too much hassle. Thankfully my babysitter was understanding. I would recommend a different location as the two workers seemed a bit young and didn't seem like they had a sense of urgency.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - a forgotten art. I changed my own oil but couldn't get the housing back on correctly, so I came to the only open shop on a Sunday. Theresa and Eric were there and helped me immediately. Eric was very careful driving my manual and tightened my housing down no problem. After I asked Theresa how much I owed her and she said nothing since it was such a small fix. Point being, the first time I went to this shop they immediately and professionally helped me and didn't charge me a dime. I will be coming here for all my car's needs from now on, since I know the shop's large caliber of character. Look no further than this great shop.

So I woke and prepared to enjoy my day, when I noticed the left rear tire on my car was super flat. It happens to be a day when I really needed to get this tire fixed right away. So I drove over to Tire Choice following a referral from one of my neighbors. As soon as I arrived, the very friendly lady in the office, told me pull my up to the service bay and they would look at it right away. I could tell immediately that this company valued customer service. As soon as I pulled my car up, a very nice man named Marcos noticed me and he came over right away to inspect my tire. He told me that he would work on the problem and resolve it for me. This place is nice and clean and does not have the feel of an tire/auto shop. Marcos was very kind and very informative. He explained what needed to be done. Within 15-20 minutes I was back on the road, ready to enjoy my day. I would highly recommend Tire Choice. They value customers, the prices are great and most of all they made me feel very comfortable. Let’s support this business as much as possible. Just like I heard about them from my neighbor, I will continue to pass on good word about Tire Choice!!! Thanks Marcos for fixing my tire and getting me back on the road with confidence and a BIG smile!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would do so. A technician installed the wrong size tires. I left work early to revisit the shop. The female manager's reaction was shockingly bad. Not only did they offer no compensation, but they also didn't seem apologetic at all, which made me even angrier. They just said they'd put on the correct tires and told me to leave, running the shop with such a careless attitude. If they had installed the right tires from the beginning, none of this would have happened. Installing the wrong size tires at a tire shop... there's no need to explain further. If I were the owner, having a manager like this running my shop would be the worst misfortune.

Residents of Corona & I.E itself highly advise those, let alone just driving by the 91fwy east or west to stop by Tire choice auto service here in Corona Ca off McKinley st any vehicle with with 4 wheels & a steering wheel from 2 doors to 4 doors, the size of a Rc car to A smart car to an RV for any mechanical needs Tire choice auto service center is the place to be !!!! I myself a a first time customer was amazed by the great customer service provided. I had a great experience at Tire Choice! I came in with an issue involving the armrest storage in my car that I just couldn’t figure out. Their team quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. The customer service was excellent—super friendly, clear communication, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. We were on a family vacation heading home on a Sunday morning and our tire blew on the 91, we limped into tire choice @9am and they had us on the road, diagnosed another potential issue on an existing tire that we were able to replace and back on road by 10am! Michael the shop manager was incredibly helpful and the tire tech was extremely knowledgeable and extensive on the vehicle inspection before letting us leave. We left feeling very confident our vehicle was road worthy and incredibly grateful for the service we received here. And the cost was very comparable to what we are used to paying!
